オアハカ リアル ホテル(Hotel Oaxaca Real)

Everything was great. We could ask for informations before going to the hostel by calling them.

Our stay in Oaxaca Real it was wonderful, we just stay one night but it was worthy, the hotel is located between Sto. Domingo and the zocalo 2 blocks walking to reach each place. The staff is helpful and kind. Definitely a nice place

Staff and location are wonderful. We had three rooms for our group. Unfortunately one of the rooms was extremely noisy as the room windows opening directly into the parking garage which made sleeping difficult. I think our stay would have been excellent if we’d had better located rooms. Location can’t be beat.

Hotel Oaxaca Real has excellent service. The rooms and food are high quality and the people are friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. My kids want to go back again soon!

Staff was friendly upon arrival, great location and in the heart of Oaxaca. Hotel was beautiful and vibrant, but also gives you a warm welcome.

The location was amazing, close to restaurants, shopping, and sites. The pool although small was nice for unwinding in the afternoon. The restaurant upstairs had good food. The service was excellent. The room was fine, but I didn’t like that the window opens to the parking garage. The air condition worked well though so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely return.

Overall, the hotel itself is amazing and has everything you need. It is located right by Santo Domingo so close to everything. It has an amazing terrace restaurant with delicious traditional food and drinks. There is a mezcalaria downstairs as well. They put coffee and Oaxacan hot chocolate out every morning too:) The pool is a nice addition and it is all in a beautiful setting and colonial building. The Room: The room is ok. It's not as appealing as the rest of the hotel but it's ok. It has a/c and a fan and a tv. The bathroom was awkward with the toilet facing slightly in to the shower and water from the shower covers the floor in the bathroom no matter what you do to stop it. Awful toilet paper too which causes more waste. My room was located right by the service elevator and restaurant and the staff and children running the halls were loud. But those are my only complaints. Otherwise the room is comfortable.

The place is clean and safe Food is great and the service too Maybe the keys to guest rooms need an upgrade They do not open the door if in contact with cell phone

I love this hotel. Cute lobby; amazing rooftop restaurant/bar; friendly staff; nice pool; great rate; best location/location! If there is anything I would recommend changing, it would be to upgrade the guestroom. Furniture is old and bed is fine for a night but not very comfy. Overall, we would recommend and stay here again.
