Grand hotel front desk cheat me I paid top room but they gave me just a basic room They want me to pay more for upgrade I already paid for top room

It was a very nice room and the food was good. The only bad experience I had was at the Java in the lobby it took 15 minutes to get 3 scoops of ice cream they would sometimes glance over at me before continuing what they were doing however this is not to say she was ignoring me she was training another staff member the lead staff even greeted me walking in and asked for a moment

Late into the night kids screaming and running up and down halls and riding elevators. Parents not around but was allowed to continue for two hours and ot was after midnight. Called front desk and 20 min later calmed down- dont know if managrment hot involved or stop on its own. No one ever got back to me. Changing channels on TVs is painfully slow. There was construction going on above my room which had a low rate but they add enough fees to the price that the discounted rate means nothing. The price matched the experience. Decent clean, nice front desk people, and room was clean. Clean is important for me so I give better rating.

The stay was nice. The room comfortable The only issue was the breakfast restaurant is not accommodating and not friendly. I sat at my table for 10 minutes before being waited on and I ended up leaving and going to a local restaurant

Besides having neighbors blaring music all night. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean plenty of towels and our view of the ocean was amazing.

I have stayed there multiple times and it was a great experience. this time i stayed it was cheerleading weekend. They were very rowdy and loud and could not get to sleep till after 130am each night. Complained and nothing was done about it

We had the best room in the entire building! Fifth floor, center, facing right over the ocean. The room was spotless clean! The entire hotel was. Not a lot of shopping open because of it being “off season.” We had an amazing time and are thrilled with our room selection.

My girls had a good time, my husband & I enjoyed seeing them enjoy themselves. The food at the pizzeria & the breakfast on the sixth (6) floor was not to fond of. The juice bar food was awesome.

This was a nice place to stay, right on the Boardwalk. Other then one loud guest in the hallway at 2 AM, this was a nice weekend stay for my family.

Nice enough room, reasonably priced, good location, at the beach for New Year. Indoor poolside bar area was unbearable due to chlorine. Overpriced, ill prepared "New Years special" dinner was a bust. Would stay there again, but have drunks and dinner elsewhere.

I reserved a city view room but was surprised to get a room with ocean view. Totally enjoyed it.

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. The view of ocean amazing! The Grand Terrace restaurant left much to be desired. Waitstaff was terrible, never checked on us. My husbands eggs over cooked and all of our food seemed like it had been sitting under a heatlamp too long. Waiter disappeared after serving us. Food was not very good. Waited over twenty minutes after we were done eating for our check. The Java shop downstairs has really good food.
