We were in room 335. We had almost zero water pressure in the shower and the shower squealed like a hot tea kettle the entire time we were using it. The front right burner on the stove didn’t work and the bottom element on the oven also did not work. Maintenance came and looked at it. He was very nice but said they don’t have any replacements. He suggested just using it on the broil setting. Due to this we lost money on some of the groceries that we bought and couldn’t cook. There were some stains on the carpet. Our room was very noisy due to being right near some sort of ventilation system. We got groceries delivered and the delivery service was upset because there was only outdoor access to our side of the hotel with no elevator. Saunas were not open. One of the hot tubs was barely warmer than room temperature our entire stay. The other one was nice. One of the staff members was rude to my teenaged daughter and her friend when they got locked out and needed another key. Location was very nice. All of the other staff were nice. Slushees at the bar we’re good!

Hotel is outdated. A.C. in room was very loud and the thermostat did not work properly. It was either on or off no temp control. The bathroom toilet was very wobbly and in need of repair. The rooms carpeting was old and worn

It was so nice and clean. The staff was so friendly and they understood when we wanted our privacy. They also were very helpful when it came for us to order food to places that deliver. It really is such a nice place to stay. Very kid friendly too and I will be planing another tip here again next year again.

Found someone hair extensions in bed ********** on toilet nothing clean looks like a dirty rag used to wipe things off but really just smeared filth this room is literally disgusting

Great for families with kids because of the bird atrium, but the double bed rooms are really beat up. We had to move twice. The first two room the balcony door was off the rails. The second room the closet was also broken and the couch was heavily stained. The third room was finally acceptable. Bar/wait staff and housekeeping are all VERY friendly and they made the stay feel better.

I enjoyed my trip to Ocean City. The staff at Quality Inn Oceanfront were amazing, especially the cleaning staff and the bartender. The atrium was nice considering the facility appears dated. Overall, the common areas were clean. However, the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The couch in the room, throw it out! It looks horrible, dated, overused, and unsanitary. the room has some upgrades but could stand a few more. The bathroom vanity was dated and not very clean. There was tissue stuffed in the peephole in the door which should have been removed from the previous guest. Other than these few items, I would rate my stay as neutral.

This hotel may have more personality than any other property in ocean city. The staff is very friendly, the lobby/atrium is beautiful, And good luck finding a cheaper room with a ocean view. Is probably the best combination of quality and affordability in ocean city.

The bar inside is fun and in a great setting. The hotel needs some updates but is so charming and the staff really is very nice and helpful. I stay here often mainly because I know what I am going to get and I trust this place.

The property needs some work done in rooms. Tile in 125 bathroom behind toilet is coming off and wall paper. Needs painted.
