Breakfast was not good…another things are excellent.

Elevator not working half of the time and the showers hot water was available during certain times of the day. Overall Not a good place to stay.

Our room was lovely, the people were ok ... The price was ridiculous because of the music festival, but otherwise it was good.

Many improvements since this became a Quality Inn. We have stayed here for years and it’s wonderful.

The room overall was great. The pool outside was disgusting. Seagulls were swimming in it and their poop everywhere. People throwing bagels out there to feed them. Had to leave a day early because of a tropical storm no refund.

There was ants behind the tv, room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. Halls & elevators need remodeling.

Last year was 5 stars, this year elevator didnt work right, we watched a lady fall out of it, ice machine stayed broken down, and i was told they wont put money in anything to fix stuff. My safe didnt work, and the first maintanence, says it needs batteries but ill have to do it tomorrow, 24 hrs later i had to fo to front office- immediatly fixed. Room phone broken. Pool maintanence- sane fella that 1st came to safe- well he would hook up and not do the job. I saw chlorine added 1 time in 5 days. Im extremely disappointed in a years time, and embarrassed as i took my family this time and they saw all this disrepair

Our room 317 was advertise as beachfront city view but they did not mention that you will be in a separate smaller building away from the actual beachfront building. The check in lobby reeked of ****. Room was dirty…floors were not vacuumed, old food left in the fridge, bottle with cigs on the balcony, broken lamps, water temps in the shower got only warm and not hot. The room also had a horrible locker room smell. It was so bad we had to end our trip early and do early checkout. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I thought the very kind and professional esp the lady . I did know her name I like how she had everything organized in dining area... but also noticed the rooms need to be remoled i was in the facing the street which I did not mine the carpet needs to be taken out for good..
