This 2 bedroom condo was massive. There was even vaulted ceilings. The only complaint I had was that the dishwasher did not work. But it won’t stop me from renting there again. Beds and couches were both comfortable. Balcony was small, but nice to let in the bay breeze

Room was clean. Some minor cosmetic issues but nothing major. Just off boardwalk with a short 10min walk to inlet and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Its a shame the rates doubled for next year or we would have booked again.

The Apartment needed alot of work it was ran down the bathroom wall had not been cleaned we had to clean the bathroom and our beds also well one of them we just slept on the top cover , the door handle on the sliding glass door to the deck was broken . we will not be staying at this place again in unless the do some work to it

The front desk receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I asked backed when I booked it we needed the first floor for health reasons. Once we arrived they let me know we was on the 3 floor of the suites, so not very happy at all about that. We probably will never stay there again.

Good location. Clean. Everything was as expected based on price. Parking could have been better. Suites had 8 rooms and 8 parking spaces, however, guest from the hotel were allowed to park in the suites, so we had to find street parking.

What a disappointment this Condo rental was. The first room they attempted to give us had an awful stench coming from it. The fridge was disgusting, with onion peels in crisper, brown stuff on the bottom on the crispers. Cabinets had crumbs and hair every where. End table had cup marks on it like it wasn’t wiped down. Microwave had finger prints still on it. I went to front desk and they walked me over to a different condo. Which didn’t have a nasty smell, dirty fridge or cabinets etc. However - after settling in later that evening my children walked with no shoes and their socks were covered with black soot. They took them off played barefoot and their feet had layers black on them. The floors were completely filthy like they have never been mopped! We had to wear flip flops to prevent black feet! We also noticed when trying to use the stove top the knobs were not on correct. A complete safety hazard! The shower head and nozzle were almost falling out of the shower. Every time you tried to turn it on or off the whole thing moved. There was a constant leak on the porch leaving the area wet all day every day from the air conditioner. As well as the porch above us dripping down on us from their A/C. I contacted the office many times about our concerns. NOTHING was done as far as compensating us for this disaster of a room and situation! I would never recommend this place to anyone. The pictures do not show the truth of their condos. They are dated and gross. They also do not provide parking WITHOUT a fee for an additional car. When they have rooms that fit more than one family!

This "condo" appears to be an apartment that was converted to a "2 bedroom" vacation condo. The layout is weird. You walk in to a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a TV, and a dresser. A kitchenette is attached, which has a fridge, a sink, a stove top, and a few cupboards. There is a large bathroom across from the kitchen area. After you pass through the kitchen, you walk into a large room with a king bed, no closet, and no drawers. There is a tiny space separated from the king bed by a half wall, which has a small table and a small pull out sofa. Positives: Mattresses, sheets and pillows were clean and comfy; balcony was really big; dog-friendly; close to Boardwalk; bathroom was big and well-stocked; pool was nice but freezing cold. Negatives: Fridge was dirty, as were many of the dishes; wi-fi was non-existent even though they kept promising to fix it; the kitchen had no counter space to do anything; there was no table to eat at or play games; floors were filthy; balcony had bird poop all over; too few accessible outlets for plugs; no privacy between the balcony and the balcony door in the first bedroom (we had to tape paper over the glass); luggage cart wheels were flat; and you had to body-slam the main door (which was filthy) to get it to open or close.

My stay at this outdated condo was a disappointment from start to finish. The interior was a time capsule of tacky décor and faded furnishings, as if it hadn't been updated in years. The carpet felt sticky underfoot, and the furniture looked like rejects from a garage sale. The overall lack of maintenance was astounding. Save yourself the agony and avoid this relic at all costs.
