Never had a bad stay there. They let you check-in early, front desk staff great. Pool awesome. Wish we could turn off the balcony light at night while sitting outside. But….if I’m paying $26 dollars a day for “ premium” I would expect there to be some kind of security cameras out there. Will my truck was hit. (Whole side of my truck bed caved in.) but no cameras, so could not see who hit my truck. That’s why the poor ratings.

Air conditioner did not work Hotel was clean Parking lot in front of the hotel is no longer just for the hotel. it's premium parking for the hotel and remained empty. The free parking lot is 2 blocks away.

It was great stay. Everyone was friendly. But parking was hard unless you paid 21.00 for their parking. When in their description did not say that. If you didn’t want to pay that the you had to park two streets away from them.

They state free parking but there are only about 8 free spots near the hotel, the other spots are about a block or two away from the hotel. They charge 22.00 for parking by the hotel if those spots are full. The air conditioning in the room did not work well and the toilet also broke while we were there.

We had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony on the second floor. There was a sturdy table with chairs on the balcony too, which was a nice bonus. This is a great location close to the boardwalk. If you're lucky enough to get parking beside the building like we did, you won't have to park a block away. The elevator was not working when we were there, but it wasn't an issue since we were on the second floor.

Unfortunately when we entered our room overall it was clean but the toilet was not, and we called immediately, and it was resolved quickly. The elevator was out of service the entire 3 nights of our stay, and although we are able, it was not desirable to climb several flights of stairs multiple times. The shower head was not strong. However, the hotel never lost power during the storm and we had daily refreshing of towels - the refrigerator was very cold, and all appliances were in good working order.

This was our first family vacation to Ocean City! The place across the street had parties every night, but we didn’t hear a thing! Great bonus for all- never want to complain about people having fun. The staff was very gracious and friendly and the crapes at the restaurant on floor one was a major plus. Everything was perfect besides a few patches of sand in our room, but that’s expected in every beach hotel we stay at. Great location, and the convenience of 2 pools. Def staying here again!

great location and ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of towels were supplied. Front desk personnel were efficient. property was shoddier looking in reality than the pictures depicted. Rooftop pool was nice but the access door is nearly impossible to open. The room was mostly clean, but the top of the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and other less obvious surfaces had been ignored. The bed linens appeared to be clean, but there were random hairs on the sheets. If the cleaning staff gave just a little more effort to details, guests would feel much more comfortable.

The hotel was okay. Super convenient location. Parking is relatively close to the property so I don’t think it is as bad as some other reviews said. One of the lots for parking does not have hotel signs so it is confusing. The rooms are not sound proofed at all as we could hear people taking or flushing toilet in the room next door. But overall given the cost it was a good choice.
