Main reasons for my disatisfaction: 1. No airconditioning. The room gets stuffy. You will have to open the window 2. You open the window and the room gets noisy. The staff or cleaning person or just guests keep slamming the door, the noise of stuff getting thrown around. You hear everything. There is no rest or sleep at night. 3. The cleaning is on request and even the its done half heartedly. Therr is mould in the bathrrom and dust on most surfaces. 4. The furniture is dated. For the money they charge this is absolutely unacceptable. Very poor.

Lovely rooms and we were blown away by the breakfast spread. Great location near HC Andersen Museum and house. Only down side was the toilet was a little clogged but since we were staying a night it didn't bother too much.

Very good location, delicious breakfast! Very nice rooms. There was no option to hire a bike in this hotel=small minus.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The food was good with a nice variety of choices. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.

Very good location, just a a few minutes you can walk to Andersen’s house and city centre. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is big with modern amenities

房間沒有空調 the room does not has air conditioning， manager Trine and Peer have terrible customer service, 我們使用房間個插座時，被個插座整壞了我們的adaptor, 酒店方面不承認是他們的設施有問題，但我們在其他酒店的房間智能正常使用我們的 adoptor 插頭, 如果你們真的要來這間酒店住，你們要帶齊拖鞋，浴帽，牙膏牙刷，因為他們不會提供拖鞋和浴帽，牙刷牙膏也是要問了前台才拿到，所以真的不建議大家來這間酒店，另外如果你們太晏去食酒店自助早餐，可能得返少少食物，因為他們幾乎沒有補充食物 When we used the socket in the room, our adapter was broken by the socket.
