Super 8 by Wyndham Crestview

After stay here 17 days and the property knowing full well I have two dogs they came to me at 9pm telling me I owe 510.00 for two dogs for 17 days or I had to leave. I made it very clear time and time again that I had two dogs.

This was our second stay here at super 8 by Wyndham, it’s always a pleasant experience. The room was super clean and the beds are super comfy. Panda who works the front desk second shift is always a delight.! She is Amazing at what she does and light unto many others. One things to note is that this super 8 no longer serves a continental breakfast. Wyndham did a survey of budget hotels in the area and came to the conclusion that breakfast wasnt being used by its guest properly, and would not be offered to low end hotels,now with that being said and being a Wyndham rewards member I’m going to email them with my thoughts and disappoin**ent in the matter. However this isn’t a strike against this hotel as I would definitely recommend this place and stay again and again when in the area.!

Everything about my stay at the super 8 motel has been the best experience I ever had at hotel. It's very quiet and peaceful place to go and visit I recommend anyone else to come stay at the super 8 motel.

DON'T STAY HERE !!!! No hot water. I let the water run for 20 minutes in the sink and shower to no affect. I had to take a freezing shower prior to a morning meeting. I have never graded a hotel so low but this place deserves less the 1 Star. I told the lady at the front desk about this and her only response was that she would tell her manager.

The first room given to me had someone already in it and in bed. She was not happy when i opened the door. The second room didn’t have a working TV, only one of the lamps in the room worked so i had to carry around a light bulb to lamp to lamp if i wasn’t near the light source. The sheets were soiled and the fridge was rusted all over the outside.

Poor condition , smoke alarm missing, refrigerator beat up, no coffee maker no toiletries other than soap, no morning breakfast no Kleenex in the plastic box for Kleenex. All these things were listed as having but did not have.

No room key till next day, property was not well kept with trash in several areas. I asked for towels at 2pm and was told to comeback at 3:15pm. I returned around 6pm and was told I would get them in a little while. After calling and going to the office 6 times, I got 2 sets of towels at 10:30pm. Plus there were dead roaches in the light fixtures in the bathroom. I am contacting corporate and Bbb. I am still waiting for receipt as printer didn’t work. I’ve contacted the office and always told to call back. Mold in rooms, water is extremely hot as you can get burned. Needs a paint job

There is a Whataburger across the street. What more can you ask for?
