The outside of the hotel is very nice, but its structure is very dated. The bed needs an upgrade, sinks down. Otherwise the room smelled clean and was spacious. For a Wyndham I expected more.

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel location. Short walk to the beach short drive to basically anything and everything that you would want to do. I would say that the hotel is in some needs of some upgrade our key card to get into our room hardly ever worked. We had to exchange it out three or four times while we were there. And we never knew which was going to work.

Loved the view from our corner unit. It had everything in it to make our stay comfortable. The Manager was a pleasure to deal with.

I stayed here on March 15-20. The staff was nice, especially the restaurant manager. When I booked this hotel, I was under the impression there was a small sandwich/bar out beside the pool. It was under construction, so that limited our choice of restaurants. The onsite restaurant did have very good breakfasts. The location of the hotel, exercise room, the heated pool and hot tub made up for the inconvenience of low water pressure and sand on the floor. I was ready to buy a whisk broom at one point because either we would track sand in from the patio, or it would be left after the cleaning. Overall, not a fancy place, but it is on the beach, there are shared beach toys available, and it is within walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants, and an Alvins Souvenir Shop.

I booked this room for my husband and friend for a guys trip. I had stayed just 2 weeks prior. My husband told me there where roachs, the phone didn't work and there wasn't even a wall jack. So they called on there phones to the front desk and someone came and looked took a picture of the smashed roach on the wall. Nothing was done about it, they didnt offer another room or any kind of discount or refund. I was shocked because my room was great and the staff was wonderful. If you stay here make sure you check your room, as for us we wont be staying here agian. Unfortunately my husband didnt take any pictures except for the one the guy at they desk took.

Terrible front office staff, rude and unhelpful. Phones in room didn't work, small T/V. ROACHES in room, needs upgrades badly- needs remodeling. But horrible front desk staff.

It was our first time staying. So our AC didn’t work had to have 3 people come and looks at it. But they did replace it. My key card never work always had to go back to the front desk and reset. It was very noisy. Overall it was ok

We stayed for one night before checking into our condo because it was a Wyndham. We should have stayed elsewhere! Yes, it is a beach property but given that it is the beginning of the busy season we expected everything to be clean and refreshed. The entire hotel has multiple projects being done at the same time-restaurant, walkways, broken or loose tile on the walkway, pool not open…But, the general rundown interior-horrible TV, door had to be shoved to open or close, outdated rooms-was shocking to us! I can only imagine what it looks like halfway thru the summer!!

Easy access to the beach. It's a central area that's close to food. You can walk the area is safe.The property does have a clean gym and nice pool and hot tub area with plenty of chairs and towels

Needs updates. Door was hard to open and close. Water pressure was terrible. Toilet flushed twice when you flushed it. Very noisy hotel. The pool and view were the only nice things about this place. Would not stay again

We had a suite with kitchenette making it nice to cook our own meals. Desk staff went out of their way to assist us with extending our stay

Our view was spectacular 😍 Staff were awesome throughout the entire area. Only thing you couldn't give us was enough sunshine, lol We'll be back !!!

Giving 3 stars because there was sand in the bed when we arrived. Also no breakfast included & you have to pay for parking daily. Other than that, it’s nice that you have beach access and the pool is nice!

Disappointed with hotel. Only one working elevator (actually person in front got stuck and needed to call for help). Second elevator has been out for 4 months. Balcony deadbolt would not lock. Heater did not work in room. Construction was going on in same section of hotel.
