ハンプトン イン & スイーツ イースト ランシング / オケモス(Hampton Inn & Suites East Lansing/Okemos)

Arrived in Okemos to find out hotel was closed due to water damage a week prior. We were sent to the Hampton Inn on Coolidge Road, Lansing. Told to call first by employee that was sitting in his car in hotel parking lot to make sure they had a room for us. Pool was cold. Breakfast was very nice and and worker extremely friendly. No hot tub at this new location.

Got to the Hotel it was closed. I was never notified of the closure. Supposedly a water main break?? It has been 6 days, I'm still fighting/waiting for a refund. App won't let me add a photo.

The hot tub was not working at all, it’s the only hotel in the area with one we were very excited about using it. The breakfast was meh, could’ve had more options. Staff was friendly. Might stay again if the hot tub is running.

Had corner room 3 rd floor very quiet. Room was ok. No shampoo one roll of toliet paper for 4 people for 3 days ( asked for more plus more towels and the shampoo) had big containers of bottles on wall of shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel but almost empty or empty. Hot tub no jets working like sitting in bath water. Every time we went swimming had to go to front desk to ask for towels also. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Staff was friendly. I would return. Price was reasonable for our stay.

The fire alarm kept going off during sleeping hours. Request a refund. We did not get any rest and had a busy day following this stay!

Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This was the ONLY reason we booked this property and wish this would have been disclosed. Very disappointed. Also no vending machines in the building. Hotel is new and clean. Spacious bathrooms.

I purposely booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool, only to find out AFTER I checked in that they were both closed. I understand things need to have maintenance but I would think when they are down for an extended time they should tell you before you book. I noticed other hotels do. And at the very least offer a discount due to the facility not having what they advertised, for that reason alone I won’t recommend them nor return because you don’t know what you’re getting for your money.

Breakfast was excellent Never start around when needed. Room was not cleaned up. Overcharged on the bill etc

Rooms were extremely well maintained as was property. Stayed three nights and could not get anyone to clean room. Desk attendants had an attitude that could best be described as indifferent.
