Hotel infested with drug addits, and the staff Only care about the rent

I chose excellent purely on the people. Not just the staff, but the people who live there at the hotel.

This was the worst hotel.com place ive ever dealt with.i booked 5 kings and got 1 king and 4 doubles.2 of the rooms smelt like sewer,we requested to be all together and we were scattered across the hotel,the pool was still filled with green slimmy water and had ducks living in it.the homeless are all over the property,it just didnt feel safe.the guy checking us in was very rude,speaking to the girl coming in for her shift in their language.it was a disaster from the get go.one of our rooms got woke up by housekeeping and were told to go pay a deposit,which was paid at checkin.ill never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone

The listing on ******* indicated they had airport shuttle service. When I landed and called they said didn't have it. Their shuttle was not working. They made no effort to find me other options. I ended up paying $60 to and from hotel to the airport. I would not have stayed here if they had notified they had no shuttle. Unacceptable service.

$25 deposit put on credit card. Called & asked manager why it had not been deleted at checkout. Mgr. said wait 2-3 business days for credit. Since Biltmore has different management, it has become a turdhole. It not only smells bad, but there is only 1 bar, which they list having 2. While rearranging cords at desk, so I could plug in my computer, no cleaning done.

The website advertising for airport transportation. This hotel DOES NOT have a shuttle service. I would have stayed else where. This is false advertisement!!

Well i arrived and it seems the young lady had no clue , i told her that i contacted an agent of the ********** to switch my booking day, she said that I was suppose to be there Friday, after she gave me her speech she then went ahead , she was busy with something on the computer, i mean i wasn't going to argue, anyway due to the problems I was having Friday I was tired, anyway there was a young man who was very irrational and the clerk was trying to help,well since I didn't have extra money for the room, I just went to Super 8, and checked in with them, sorry about Biltmore.

This hotel is not worth staying in. Had mice running throughout the room at night..the bedding had burn marks, and the property said it had a pool..well it did but it wasn't functional..so no swimming for my kids..won't stay at this place again.

Every ice machine I trie doesn’t work. Part of the carpet in our room was wet. AC didn’t work that well
