The location of the hotel is very nice, thank you very much to the service staff, but the person who makes pancakes on the beach and the kitchen is troublesome treats those who pay more privileged. The snack buffet on the beach is not monitored. When we give information to the masters, they do not care. Snack dishes and buffets are always the same. They do not suit this business.

The food at the beach bar was very bad and the woman making pancakes on the beach, when there are people paying money before 12 o'clock, makes pancakes for them and then when someone leaves, she says, 'Sorry, I can't do it without 12 o'clock'! This is literally a robbery and second-class trea**ent. I told the man cooking that I was allergic to some foods, but he did not understand me and did not ask for help from other employees who spoke foreign languages. But I cannot say the same for the beach bar staff because they are really friendly, they are all very friendly in the hotel in general. It was very good, but you should talk to the cook working on the beach and the woman making pancakes. The drinks are definitely best in the beach bar. The spa center is big and very nice. We had a hammam and it was very good. The rooms are big, and ladies clean them every day, also changing the towels every day. The swimming pool is also big, with enough space for everyone, but we spend more time at the beach - we love it.

Such a lovely hotel. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are big and spotlessly clean. And the food was varied and delicious. The pool bar is great and Halim is an amazing guy. He’s always so happy and makes the best cocktails. I can’t remember the name of the man who runs the spa, but he is so friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the various trea**ents available. The massage we had was fantastic. We loved the hotel so much that we are going straight back. We came home on the 2nd May and are flying back out on the 15th May. We cannot wait….one week was just not enough! Can’t wait to see you guys again next week!

Amazing time entertainment team are incredible !! You must go FABULOUS hotel food so good sedat and Antonio very cool every staff so friendly we are so proud to be here we will come for surely every year because of sweet Sergio Ali is best barmen

Our 3rd visit to this beautiful hotel. So pleased that this hotel and its amazing staff are still bringing pleasure to its guests. The standard of hospitality, cleanliness has remained a high standard. A lot of the staff are still working in this hotel. The hotel opened back up on the 1st of April so limited guests at this time of year . The following staff have made our holiday a success. Ogur and Kadia in the restaurant. Hamil at the pool bar. The ladies in the cake shop. Ali at the lobby bar. Our friend on the cleaning machine. Also extremely high praise to the life guards whom handled two extremely intoxicated people. We hold this team dearly in our hearts well done and we look forward to seeing you all soon. Xx
