We recently stayed at the Kirman Leodikya and was expecting an amazing trip based on the reviews but was let down a little. We arrived at midnight and was given next to nothing about where anything was in the hotel or times restaurants were open which I didn’t think was very helpful. We had a lovely bellboy who took all our luggage to our room for us, however we arrived to find only 4 beds - there are 5 of us! The bellboy spoke no English so couldn’t understand the issue. We went down to reception who again spoke little English to be told no room tonight and a cot would be put in our room for my 4 year old. Not ideal as she’s way too big but atleast she had somewhere to sleep! The room was nice enough and very clean but the noise from the road was horrendous! Lorry deliveries all night long and the prayer played out at 4:30am which whilst lovely to hear was so extremely loud it may aswell of been played in our bedroom! The next day we were moved to a room with 5 beds and thankfully the other side of the hotel so it was much quieter at night. However the rooms are boiling! You have no control over your own aircon which I’ve never been abroad and not been able to manage the temperature in my own room before! We phoned reception again and again and asked for it to be lowered but were told they would not put the temp lower than 22! Nights were extremely uncomfortable and hot! For what you pay I think this is extremely poor! We could boost the aircon for 2hrs a time which made a small difference but it meant every 2hrs in the night one of us was getting up to press the boost button. The mini fridge has a good selection of drinks a 2 snacks but it was a little annoying how little water they gave you, I phoned reception several times about more water being sent up but it never arrived so we were forever at the bar asking for more water which staff seemed annoyed at, they were happy to provide endless beer but as soon as you asked for water they huffed. The pools were all extremely clean and plenty for the kids to do. Staff on rollerblades come round and you can order drinks with them. Restaurants, the Al acartes are fairly awful if I’m honest. One was closed, the second we couldn’t get in and the 3rd which we visited wasn’t great. The Menu was fairly small with very little to offer you and the Caesar salad they brought out was in a puddle of water so tasted disgusting. The buffet restaurant was ok although more English option food would have been nice, every day felt very repetitive of what was available for the kids especially to eat. Next door is another Kirman hotel and they had a much better selection but obviously you can’t eat In there. The staff were very friendly although again didn’t speak English so it was difficult sometimes trying to get drinks you wanted. The lunch restaurant was fine, pizza/ burgers/ chips/ pasta etc, all you need really for abit of lunch and again staff friendly. They have a lovely coffee shop by the pool whic
