We are more than happy to come back to this apar**ent again, you'll like it too. Cozy, nice, spacious room, with big balcony. It doesn't seem to be in the center but actually it is and fortunately there's no noise. P.s. They also offered us gluten free products. Thank you guys!

We had a wonderful second stay in Olbia this year in Altré! We went same place last year and we decided to return in there because it was just perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortable- cleaned everyday and their localisation is pretty good too! Enrico&Chiara are wonderful hosts and you can rely on it to make your stay the best possible ;) Maybe will go there for a 3rd turn once 😉

On my recent trip to Sardegna (Sardinia), I was able to tack on a few extra days in Olbia before I met with friends for a motorcycle tour of the island. I found the Altre Guesthouse through a blog post and some online reviews. Altre’s central location in a quiet neighborhood appealed to me since I wanted to be within walking distance of the town center and the main shopping/dining street: Corso Umberto I. Aside from the clean, modern, and well-appointed rooms, the standout feature of Altre was the unparalleled hospitality of the proprietors Enrico and Chiara. Prior to my arrival, Enrico promptly answered all of my questions regarding my stay and was quite helpful in my planning. My flight arrived early in morning before my room was available. Enrico suggested a nearby café (Latte e Miele) where I could have a nice breakfast while I waited for him to meet me at the guesthouse. He graciously held by baggage while I walked the few blocks to Olbia’s central district and notified me when my room was ready. Enrico also provided recommendations for excellent restaurants; unfortunately, I wasn’t staying long enough to try them all! The room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and clean. There was a small well-stocked kitchenette that was supplied daily with a variety of coffee, tea, and breakfast items including pastries, cereals, yogurt, juice, and milk. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in this lovely town.

I have just returned home to Australia after 5 weeks of travelling in Italy. I spent 3 nights in Olbia, staying at Altre Guest House. This accommodation is outstanding. It is spotlessly clean, and the hosts are very welcoming, but more than that the apar**ent is so perfectly equipped I could have happily stayed for a month. As well as the usual comforts, a comfy bed and a practical bathroom, the apar**ent included a small kitchen with a daybed, and a verandah with seating and hanging space. Refrigerator, coffee machine and coffee pods and breakfast snacks were all included. It is well located, close to the bus stop to travel north to La Maddalena, Palau or Santa Gallura and to the railway station if you are arriving from other parts of Sardinia. Some streets around the area need a little TLC, and if I lived there I would organise a neighbourhood clean up campaign – maybe next time The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into creating the perfect home away from home and I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. If I am ever lucky enough to return to Olbia this would be my perfect stay.

We stayed at Altre Guest house for 2 nights. Enrico and Chiara were very helpful from the beginning of our trip to Olbia from Cagliari. They sent us information how to get there and Enrico was waiting for us at the guest house when we arrived. The room was extremely clean, tidy, very well equipped. There is a little kitchenette with all the utensils you need. There are some kitchen equipments like coffee machine, kettle, fridge even a milk frother. They prepare a tray with breakfast stuff and you can find some more things in the fridge like butter, milk, water, jams and yogurt. I really liked that they pay attention to select rubbish in a different containers. We also received a welcome and good bye gift which is a very kind idea. The location of the property is excellent. So close to the train stations, bus stops and the town centre. Enrico and Chiara always happy to help and go extra mile for their customers. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

This was one of the most well maintained properties I ever stayed in. It was modern and beautiful and with a nice touch. Everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen had everything you need. There is an Italian breakfast (packed not "fresh" but I am not saying that as bad thing, just to let the visitors know what to expect cause I think this is the standard in most of B&Bs in Italy and this one was excellent cause it had a lot of varieties, more than we could eat in our night stay, a lot of jams, yogurts, biscuits, cereals,milk, croissants and other snacks). We came by car and found free parking in front of the building. The hosting couple were the most welcoming ones, as we were late for our check-in they waited for us although they had to be somewhere else they had a reservation and we are very grateful for that as we had a very long day and we just couldn't afford to cancel. Thank you to both of you, we were lucky to have stayed in your apar**ent!

What I liked most about the apar**ent is the attention to detail and the perfect cleanliness, which is very important to me when I travel. The room is in fact finely decorated, pleasant, relaxing and fully equipped! I liked it already from the pictures but is was even better than expected. Worth mentioning the Italian breakfast, very good and varied, to suit every taste! The accommodation is well located, it is in the city centre so you can easily walk out to the best places in town. Great service as well: I really appreciated the attention of the host in providing directions and useful tips for my staying, very kind and remarkable.

A very nice, cozy and organized apar**ent. Very close to the city center, bus stations which lead directly to the airport and/or beaches. There is also a park possibility on the street if you travel by car as we did. The breakfast is taken care of everyday by receiving food/coffee/milk and so on. A very important aspect is the cleaning part which is done on a daily basis. Not to mention that Chiara and Enrico are two very nice and committed people which are investing a lot of energy in making the guests feel perfect.
