We enjoy our stay this weekend. The hotel is immaculate and very modern , the breakfast was a plus also the people working during the breakfast do a fenomenal job. The hotel is near Dunnedin area, Safety Harbor, not to far to Tarpon Springs. Definitely we comeback again

It was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and the breakfast was awesome! very good! It was easy to get to and the staff was very friendly.

Drove 8 hrs from Atlanta, got there at 2, Lanora would not check me in, said she would call when a room was ready. Never called. Went back at 3:15 to see 4 groups ahead of me. Chrcked in. The hallway smelled like a cigarette plant the whole weekend. The room smelled like mildew. Refrigerator didn’t work very well. Filter needed changed on microwave. Toilet ran all second night. Told a young man at check out and he could care less. No points, no comp. I have stayed there maybe 20 different times over the years. The property was once the jewel of Oldsmar, now its a nigh**are.

The bathroom toilet ran all night … I could not sleep as the bathroom is right next the bed ,even with the door closed. The bed sheet are in horrible condition. The sheet are so worn out that is was full of sheet bumps. I had to replace the sheets with a spare I found in the closet. Why wouldn’t housekeeping notice this maybe because this is the kind of service they offer. Attention to detail is not important. Then breakfast was very limited and the employee just stand there waiting you service from their very limited food. No fruit or creamer just to mention.

As long time Marriott fans, we booked into the Residence rather than the Courtyard next door - big mistake. The front of house staff were grumpy/unfriendly all week, the sanitizer between the breakfast bar and reception desk was empty, despite us telling the receptionists EVERY day (and were assured each time that it would be refilled), the pool are (which bizarrely faces north, so is in shade) had no lightbulbs - although once we mentioned it 1 light bulb was put out, and the back stairs were pretty much constantly covered in debris or shake 'n' vac powder. On the plus side, the breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful and had a smile every morning. Luckily, we had access to the Courtyard next door where the staff (Paul and Adrien) were very friendly, helpful and great fun and the pool area fantastic.

I only stayed one night for business. The room was very nice and clean. Great value and would be perfect for a longer term stay. My room had a full kitchen, sofa, large desk, king bed. Good free breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay during transit elsewhere in the state.

Easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and modern room

Smallest room I have stayed. Bad quality bed. Sofa bed was horrible for my daughter's. Worst part breakfast barley anything to eat or drink at all time. I'm a frequent traveler and trust me this was rhe worst.
