Overall property is great! Clean room, staff super friendly and helpful. Snow removal could improve but, it is the midwest and I accept that.

Price was good, room was clean.. but updates are needed. The first room we were given was seemingly occupied and locked from the inside. Given another room, it was clean and bathroom was nice. Many people seemingly live there or stay long term. Place is a good deal if you are ok with a few issues.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job between guests. Not clear if the room had been cleaned at all. This property is near Dodge Street which is a major highway so traffic noise and jake braking are part of the sound scape. Otherwise standard for this type of hotel.

Check In was quick and professionally handled! Front desk lady was courteous and informative. What blew me away was the spacious and very clean room! Kitchen was equipped with everything I could have used and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Place was good to lay your head down for the night, was quiet and in a good safe location, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I had all the necessities, will stay again there if I am around the Omaha area next time.

It was a nice, no-frills hotel. Comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Check in and out were great. The room was not. We had a handicap room. There were ants in the bathroom. No phone in the room, no hangers, no hair dryer, no iron, no ironing board. The front desk was short on extra pillows. I'm not sure if the room had be cleaned as there were bread crumbs in the sink and lint in the carpet. Room # 108.

Overall, the bedsheets were clean, but the bathroom had hair everywhere, and it was trash under the bed.
