Room was not what we paid for and they were unwilling to fix it. I asked to speak to the manager and was sent to a voicemail that never called me back. One of the 2 elevators was broke. Very disappointed.

If your driving your paying for parking. The last comment is about one or 2 guys going in and out of their rooms literally all night long. Not sure what they were up to, but it gave me an impression the night crew was renting to some shady characters.

Great location in the Old Market. Close to everything so it's very walkable. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Attached parking garage. One of my favorite places to stay in Omaha.

I wouldnt recommend this place. Breakfast is so small and gross. Literally only eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Then very HARD and NOT FRESH bagels and bread. Both mornings, there was no variety. I rather order delivery so you get hot food and actually edible food. Food was always cold. The room was dirty. Seemed like no one vacuumed. Then there was NO heat on. It was so damn cold in the room. The room was so cold, you cant shower without your hair freezing. The water didnt even get hot it stayed lukewarm. Cant use hair dryer to at least have some heat cause it sparked and started smoking. Room was full of smoke for the entrie stay. Stayed out of the room except for sleeping. Told the front desk and the lady was like thats to bad. You will have to deal with it. Didnt even care. Had to ask for extra blankets and got told no. So we slept with mulitple shirts on and layers of clothes just to try to sleep. NOT WORTH THE COST. its over priced. We were miserable.

I have stayed at this hotel since it opened and have always loved it! I found the breakfast disappointing compare to the past but it was good. The room was in slight disrepair but was taken care of immediately, as in 30 minutes. I was quite impressed! I would certainly stay again and recommend it for quality and comfort.

Parking was outrageous and the shower had a terrible water flow. Other than that it was pretty good. We didn't communicated much with staff, so I don't have a good read on that.

Hotel was fine, but clearly they have a policy to disregard guests that book on a third party website. I had requested a king room and was told that they didn’t have any available and because I am booked on a third-party site, I wasn’t aware of that. The next morning, I heard someone else ask that why they weren’t able to get a two queen room (what I had been given) and they were told the same thing I had been. Since the hotel was clearly nowhere near full, I have to guess it’s just a policy.

Front desk worker was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel in a great location with lots of neat shops and restaurants right outside the front door. Pool was clean and warm. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was amazing, very helpful, and seemed like they were enjoying their job! The amenities were clean!
