The check in process was by far the worst that I have ever experienced. It took over 20 minutes to try to check in since the receptionist was unable to print the check in form and could not find a generic hard copy of the form for me to sign. That was AFTER waiting 15 minutes for the receptionist to take care of the guest in front of me that needed a receipt of his stay. I asked, but the receptionist would not let me go to my room while waiting for resolution of the printing issue even though the keys were already flashed. Again, worst experience ever - I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
