Would have rated 0 if I could…. I didn’t even make it out of the car and into the hotel reception!!! Upon arrival there were gangs of men coming and going in and out of the hotel, and to be frank, they looked like shady and suspicious types. I was highly uncomfortable with the glares as I sat in the car contemplating my options. After thirty minutes, I took a look at some reviews on this hotel and it turns out the hotel is being used as an ‘Emergency Shelter’ for refugees. Whilst I sympathise with their plight, this arrangement was not stated on the website or booking site. As a solo female, I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that I decided not to get out of the car. I then left to another hotel losing the money already paid, as my booking was non-refundable. Would have appreciated the hotel making this refugee situation clear, to allow customers to consider this, before booking.

Very modern convenient hotel, with excellent services of the hotel team. Breakfast is in La Palace, which is very good. Overall good. Due to KFC, McDonalds and the deposed garbage on the common parking place, during an evening walk a lot of rats observed !

A big alarm that goes on at 4.30am and wakes up everyone but we didn’t receive any reason for that people were coming off of their room, tired and all. you can hear people talking in the hallway from your room. despite all of it, it was really beautiful, modern, good location. the staff was nice

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and when i had arrived to this hotel, i was speachless. Everything was so clean for the whole stay, everything was modern and really pleasing details as you can see on the descriptions of the photos. The staff was really kind and helpful! They speak like 3 languages so don´t worry! The only thing i have to reproach is breakfast :(( I don´t know if i didn´t notice it but there wasn´t any vegetables and there were like 3 kinds of fruits from which i am allergic to 2 of them. The location is really convincing and there is a supermarket nearby. To sum it up i defenitely recommend you this hotel!

Upscaled motel, friendly personal, the nearby La Place restaurent not good. What bothered me was that there was rats. They ran just outside the main entrance, and we could also se them from our place in the restaurent by the window. I contacted the young woman in the reception about these creatures, but she apperently was aware of the problem and it did not seem to bother her. I will never , ever stay there again

Nice hotel, right next to Tesla charger, McDonald’s and kfc. Clean. Funky room. Pillows where tiny and only one spare

Good clean modern stay for overnight business trip

Fantastisch hotel! Wij gingen met ons gezin (2 kinderen van 7 en 9) hier logeren na een dag toverland! Onze zoon was jarig op de dag van de overnachting en doordat ik eerder e-mail contact had gehad over mijn reservering wist het hotel dit. Heel lief lagen er ballonnen op onze kamer en een kaartje met een lief cadeautje! Wij waren erg verrast en vooral onze zoon vond het super! Heel erg bedankt hiervoor! De kamer is heeel modern ingericht en super schoon! Fijne kamer voor de kinderen welke je met een schuifdeur af kunt sluiten.. ze konden allerlei kleuren verlichting kiezen dus dat vonden ze erg gaaf! Goede bedden… Ook geen last gehad van andere gasten.. qua geluid dus ook prima..heerlijke douche.. eigenlijk was alles top! We konden ontbijten in het naast gelegen la place welke te bereiken is binnendoor via een gang! Ook het ontbijt was top… van alles te krijgen : heerlijke croisantjes, witte harde bruine broodjes, beleg kipfilet, ham kaas, pasta jam hagelslag,gekookt eitje, roerei/gebakken spek, / smoothies .. koffie thee … en dit was onbeperkt .. Zoals jullie lezen een prima gezellig en mooi hotel.. Mochten we nog een keer toverland bezoeken dan zullen we dit zeker nog eens boeken.

Prima hotel op goed bereikbare lokatie. Wel saai op industrieterrein, ver van restaurants en centrum. Kamers zijn prima voor de prijs, best ruim, met mooi infotainment systeem ook voor de verlichting. Feit dat badkamer niet afgescheiden is vind ik toch altijd wel minder. Parkeren ruim en gratis voor de deur en er zijn ook veel superchargers voor de elektrische auto’s. Ontbijt is goed geregeld met Laplace, daar kan je gebruik maken van een buffetje, al zit het toch wat ongezellig in een ruimte koude Laplace. In het hotel zaten zeer veel asielzoekers, denk 90%. Persoonlijk vind ik het niet erg en heb er geen last van gehad, schijnt veel op te leveren hè. Wat ik flauw vond is dat ik voor 6 uur fietshuur (20:00-02:00 uur) 2 volle dagen zou moeten betalen. Reken gewoon 1 dag want ＜24 uur.
