We did not actually stay here. We had a booking which had been in place for some weeks, but about 6 days before we were due to check in, they emailed our agents and cancelled the booking. They declined to give a reason for the cancellation, which is why I have given them a terrible rating. If there is a good reason, that then becomes understandable and acceptable, but not to give a reason is not acceptable. As it stands, I feel badly treated.
