The stay was comfortable. The rooms are large and clean. The restaurant facility in the hotel is fantastic. My suggestions are 1. There should be a wash basin in the room. 2. The hot water must be made available at evening too.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Blue Bird in Ooty. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The hotel’s central location made it easy to access public transportation, and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance, which was very convenient for dining options. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Rating: 4.5/5

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, which made the experience unpleasant. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were below expectations—rooms and common areas were not well-maintained. The worst part was on the last day when i need to temple. We requested a 30-minute late checkout, but instead of accommodating us, they were completely uncooperative and insisted we vacate immediately. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service was very frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the unfriendly staff, cleanliness issues, and rigid policies. There are much better options available for the same price

Good location; on main road; big room; helpful staff; hotel sign board is very smsll; you can easily miss it; so it needs to be bigger and clear for people to see l

The room was ok. But the bathroom was not superb clean. There was no hot water available after 10 am which made it difficult to freshen up in evening after trips. It was located close to many tourist places which is a great plus and the staff were supportive.

Location is good food not upto the mark can have food at street vendors present near by cab service available for local sight seeing lift not available

Staff boys were good. Service was good. No hot water 24 hrs.

The hotel was very good and the staff was co operative we had a nice stay as the location of the hotel was very near to the main market and had all types of restaurants
