Our family had a great time at Sinclairs Property is most amazing offering scenic views and offered great comfort to us. Staff is very warm and courteous and eager to help. My stay at Sinclairs Hotel in Ooty was truly memorable, and a big part of that experience was the outstanding service provided by the Food & Beverage team. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff made us feel warmly welcomed with their attentive and courteous approach. Under the excellent leadership of Manager Aritra, the team operated with great coordination and professionalism.A special mention to Chef Subhankar for the delicious and well-presented dishes—every meal was a delight and clearly prepared with passion and expertise. The service team, including Nurjamal (Sr. GS), Nilesh (Sr. GS), Irshad (Sr. GS), Kim, and Pinky, were consistently polite, attentive, and eager to help. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. What impressed us most was their willingness to go the extra mile—whether it was accommodating special requests or ensuring everything was just right, they made our dining experience exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the entire F&B team and front office team for making our stay so enjoyable. I stayed with my family for 3 days and everything in the hotel was great.specially manager Mr.bannergy was very good ***** with entire staff. They made it a memorable stay and looking forward to stay again in sinclair ooty if I am making a next trip
