Accord Highland Hotel Ooty

One of the best hotels with the best restaurants. What amazing food quality and spread. Breakfast was awesome and extremely fresh. Live items like dosa varieties and omlettes were also very tasty. Staff behaviour was very good. Overall the hotel has a great location and wonderful ambience. The evening tea hut takes the piece of cake.

The location is awesome - breathtaking view. Lot of indoor and outdoor sports amenities & other activities like bonfire. Breakfast was sumptious. Room was spacious, well maintained and had great view. The staff was very efficient - quick service and very courteous. Special mention for Manigandan, Vijay and Gautham.

The resort is extremely beautiful with amazing view. Food is excellent whatever we ordered was perfect. Place is good for sports as well. Open sky villa was very luxurious and was perfect on clear sky days for star gazing. The place was so spacious that we spent entire 2 days in the resort and only.

hotel is good, food and activities are also good. shiv kumar is a great organiser. people at the reception are very supportive. however washroom needs a lot of improvement. the bathtubs are dirty. also washroom is very small as compared to the price they charge

Wonderful ambience, lovely scenery, great food, clean & well maintained property. Amazing staff. Services are well on time. Amenties are well designed, from games to bonfire to evening Tea everything imhas enhanced the experience. Would love to come again !

Stay away from this hotel if you are looking for good infrastructure like Bathrooms being clean. The staff are prompt to attend your requests and the evening high tea is very good. But the hotel has a lot to improve in terms of its sanitation. We had seepage issues in 3 bathrooms in 3 different rooms. The Superior rooms are cramped for space. If visiting, make sure your bathrooms are devoid of seepage before taking up the room. The food is average but the breakfast spread is decent. The Hotel is a little isolated so you have to drive for 15-20 minutes to get to the main Ooty place. No lift so, if talking elders, be wary of the challenge to climb for floors, play area and Villa rooms.

This property has wonderful staff who are friendly ,helpful and provide quick assistance. They even went out of the way to assist in fitting the spare wheel in my car. Food is good especially the evening snacks at the " tea kadai". But the biggest let down is the worn down infrastructure. Poorly lit corridors, leaking dining extension area, smelly carpet in the play area , dull reception and average bathroom pulls down the whole experience and the accord brand. The whole building needs a fresh coat of paint.Given the great location(near dodabetta) a refurbished hotel would set the bar really high
