We stayed 2 days as a family specially breakfast and dinner It was awesome they hosted very well care taker is awesome responded timely and taken care for everything we needed Rooms was also pretty good & Clean

The place and location and the people at the resort are very good and they provide good hospitality.very good place for family.I recommend for my friends also

Very worst behaviour of host...they are disturbing 1 hr before the checkout time...Importantly we need to be get in to the hotel before 10 pm otherwise they said that they will close the gate...Is this a hostel or anytging like that...Terrible experience request agoda to remove this stay from site..

1) the food here is delicious and neat. Excellent. Definitely, you feel like home food. (But please don't order any fish items.) Better to dine here than outside. Less price more quality. ( Except fish items) 2) Ambience is also good. 3) Good hygiene maintenance. 4) connecting road from the main road is not good. 5) You can take a good guidance from Mr. Daniel Prakash there. The owner is also good person. 6) They have to change or improve the geysers otherwise you will have to wait for 40-45 minutes for a bath. 7) overall, for this budget, it's a very good stay. 4/5 Okay

Excellent place to stay. Calm and beautiful location. The rooms were awesome. The caretaker was very polite and guiding us to visit the unexplored areas of in and around ooty. I would definitely suggest this place to my friend and family members.

when i arrived, the gate was closed, and i waited outside for over 20 minutes with no response to my calls. eventually, i had to climb over the gate and ring the doorbell repeatedly before someone finally opened the door. once i got to the room, i found a pillow without a pillowcase and a bed covered with a cheap, unattractive bedsheet and blanket. the bathroom was no better—there was no soap, toothpaste, or towel provided. to make matters worse, as i tried to sleep, my body began to itch incessantly. i barely managed to rest through the night. what was supposed to be a three-day trip with my wife turned into a one-day nightmare, forcing us to cut our plans short and return home early.
