Thank you for a nice and cultured time at the hotel. I and my family were satisfied with everything. What we liked the most was the breakfast. The variety and fresh food was sensational. And of course, the kindness of the cleaning staff and the hotel employees were also very kind, they helped in everything.

Location excellent, breakfast and evening meal both very good . Rooms facing the pool were ok , and the staff service was exemplary.. it had an air of maybe seeing better days in the past , and extremely quiet, but for our night touring the coast it fit the brief .

We arrived at the hotel at around 11 am and were shown to a room for a welcoming talk and free drinks. A few pointers were made about not reserving sun beds, details of bar opening times, and meal times. Our room was not ready so we went into the dining room for something to eat whilst waiting. The dining room was very bright, and the choice of food appeared to be plentiful and appetising. When our room was ready some 50 minutes later we were provided with a key card but no offer of taking our cases to our room. The room itself was bright and clean. The view from the balcony was nice overlooking the pool and the path from the hotel to the beach. After settling in we went by the pool and were looking forward to some cocktails. This proved difficult as most of the cocktails were served up with different spirits and flavours of fruit juice depending on who served them. There was no consistency of taste and can only be described as bland and in many cases undrinkable. We were up early every morning to enjoy the sun and found that as we had been told there were more sun beds than people which was pleasant not having to rush to the pool early to get a bed. Given this I was surprised to see one of the management staff remove towels and clothes from beds when there was lots of beds available I questioned her about the practice and was informed that it was hotel policy. I pointed out to her that the hotel policy should be to empty the bins around the pool area and do a better job of floor cleaning especially under the sun shades that were very dirty. We also pointed out that both the main pool and small splash pool were dirt with sand and grit on the bottom and a dirty plaster on the bottom which remained in the pool for the duration of our stay. Rather than go on about other things I wish to say that we have used TUI hotels and Cruises on many occasions and although this hotel has only been opened as a TUI blue recently (I was told this) it is probably the worst TUI hotel I have stayed in. The staff were very pleasant but young and inexperienced and should be provided with better training. The grounds of the hotel were being worked on and there was an abundance of blooms and lush foliage. All in all it was a pretty poor experience. I would advise people not to use this hotel.

Another fabulous stay in this hotel for The Tear it Up Festival. The hotel is very clean and all the staff could not be more helpful. Great selection at breakfast and again, the staff are so attentive and responsive. What a lovely hotel in the most beautiful of locations, ideal as a base for exploring thd area.Looking forward to next year already.

Beautiful hotel, nice place and very friendly staff. The food at breakfast and dinner is very diverse and extremely tasty We will be back. A holiday suitable for all seasons, as you always have something to do I recomended

Iv stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 6 years and I have to say, it's nothing but short of amazing. Firstly I must mention the level of service from the staff, they're absolutely amazing and nothing is to much trouble and they all go above and beyond. The food is of a high quality with lots of variety. The manager Natasha can not do enough for you, she is always visible and eager to please her guests. I must mention Dejan and Rosa on the bar, they're amazing and they always ensure your drink is topped up with a smile! I can assure you this hotel is amazing and I look forward to coming here for many more years to come. Thank you hotel holiday :)

Soggiornato 6 giorni. Hotel stile anni 80, moquette nelle stanze e negli spazi comuni. In alcuni punti sporca. Pulizia delle stanze non sempre impeccabile. Colazione ricca ma non di qualita'. Piscina ok. Personale poco attento e cordiale. La sensazione e" che ciascun addetto faccia il suo compito senza avere attenzione verso il cliente, ad esempio i camerieri pulivano i tavoli della colazione ma le sedie restavano sempre tutte sporche. Pochi salutavano. Consigliato solo per brevi periodi. In generale la gestione e" ancora un po' indietro di circa 30 anni rispetto alla media italiana di pari categoria. I prezzi a Medulin sono cresciuti tantissimo quest'anno ma il livello di servizio non e" migliorato. Questo va tenuto in considerazione per chi decide questa meta.

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr guten Lage. Sowohl nah am Strand als auch an der Promenade. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr vielseitige Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten und leckeren Speisen. Auch der Frühstückssaal war gute eingerichtet, so dass man trotz der großen Anzahl an Personen im Ruhe frühstücken konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Der Pool Bereich war sauber und gepflegt. Im Großen und Ganzen war es zufriedenstellend, auch wenn ich persönlich den Preis etwas überteuert fand. Lag aber vielleicht auch an der Hochsaison.
