Workers are nice. Food enough choice, good taste, drinks also. Drinks dispenser are outside and inside, buffet in two side (both the same food). Pastery and salads are good. You have some sorts of diferrent ice cream during meal times. It is not a problem if you refill your bottle with drinks,coffee. Coffee is filter and also dispenser (espresso,capucino,...) with good brand Julius Meinl. Resort is big and very clean, nice, like garden. Really beautiful. For me it was to far away from the see (i was in the last building). Room was nice, balcony , small fridge, good tv. Pool nice, at the moment big enough for guests in may. Free pool chairs and umbrella. Would i go there? Yes!!!! Maybe i just booked some room a little bit close to the beach. Video soon....

The front desk at this hotel needs to have a course in customer service! This is not a 4-star hotel behavior! We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very disappointing experience with the front desk. Upon arrival, we were told that our payment wasn't received due to the booking agency's bankruptcy. However, when we asked for further info, the staff couldn't provide any because their manager had told them to do so. How can a front desk not provide any information?! It is their job to do so. We tried several times to talk to their manager and when she finally came out (after 2 h of asking for her) she said that this will not be solved, and we are just wasting time and taking space in the lobby. Unbelievable!! We were given the choice to pay again or leave. The little information that they gave was even wrong. It was a "middlehand" agency that had a bankruptcy. Our agency was not bankrupt, and they could thankfully help us. Even when the payment was made to the hotel, they refused to check us in because the manager didn’t give them an OK. She had left the hotel… They offered no assistance or even water during the 4h chaos that they caused. The front desk and the manager should learn customer service from the rest of the staff. The staff in the kitchen and and the pool/pool bar were amazing. They were friendly and efficient, giving a perfect service as it should be. I will never go back there again and will never recommend it for someone.

I recently stayed at Bluesun Holiday Village Bonaca and had a mixed experience. The housekeeping team was efficient and friendly, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making our dining experiences enjoyable. It's clear that the hotel has a team of hardworking individuals who care about their guests. Overall Impression: While the helpfulness and friendliness of the rest of the staff were much appreciated, the poor front desk service left a negative impression. It's essential for the front desk to be welcoming and informative, as they are the first point of contact for guests. Improvement in this area would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite the challenges we faced with the front desk, we did enjoy certain aspects of our stay at Bluesun Holiday Village Bonaca. The location is beautiful, and with the right support and information, it could be an excellent base for exploring the island. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the potential for a fantastic stay is undoubtedly there.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Our experience with the front desk (reception) at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel had not received any payment from us due to the bankruptcy of the booking agency we used (?!). When we asked for more information, the staff had none to offer. We requested to speak with the manager (lady with red hair), but they flatly refused, stating that the manager had instructed them that they could not do anything to help us. Honestly, they all seemed afraid of her. The front desk presented us with two options: either pay them again directly or leave the hotel. This lack of assistance was shocking, especially considering they could have notified us about the payment issue beforehand (we booked the trip several months before). Moreover, after traveling for 12 hours in 30-degree weather, they did not even offer us water. We spent four hours at the reception, trying to resolve the issue ourselves by contacting our agency and intermediaries. Not once did the staff check on us or offer any support. When our booking agency finally confirmed that the payment had been made, the front desk still refused to verify this without instructions from their manager. Overall, the unhelpful and indifferent attitude of the front desk staff made for a very unpleasant experience. However, rest of the staff (pool staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff) were all great - they were always friendly and did a great job!

Stayed there for three days and liked the place very much. Restaurant with terrace was the highlight of the visit with great breakfast, lunch and dinner options always available combined with friendly staff and even music presentations. Rooms were close by the pool areas and all the necessary were there. 10-15 mins walk to Bol center or Golden Horn beach are nice exercise to balance a bit the hefty food portions. Be prepared for the paid parking of 8€ per day. Reception worked well and promptly during check-in and check-out processes that were not over-complicated anyhow. Overall super nice holiday experience and surely would recommend this resort for your stay.

The rooms were nicely redecorated, but the cleaning services were basically non-existent (only the towels were replaced and no other cleaning was done in the whole week we stayed there). The hotel should really train their staff better; it was definitely not a 4-star experience.

While this was not a perfect place for a retired couple it had a lot going for it. The room was fresh and clean, and the meals were very good. The buffet always had a good choice of decent quality food. The only downside in the restaurant was that because it is basically a family resort it was often like a noisy school canteen. There was also not much to do after your evening meal with just two outdoor bars which were quite soulless once the children’s entertainment was over at 9 o’clock. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was in a great location, but not really the best fit for retirees.

The food is the most unseasoned food I have ever tasted. However if you stick to meat and veggies it's fine, the meat was sometimes dry though.. BUT the hotel itself was fantastic! It looks just like the photos. Great bed. The cafeteria is very loud, so we sat outside in the heat for every meal. I think this hotel is just the thing for families with small children, but I wouldn't recommend it to couples (we went as a couple). It's a lot of fun activities for childrens. At the beach, the fee for two sunbeds and a parasol were 36$ btw.. but there's sunbeds at the hotel, just get there by 10-11 to get one.
