設施陳舊，衞生較差，床上還看到蟑螂，早餐僅僅提供熱水和咖啡。

Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable and clean. Overall will definitely stay again!

The reservation promised a coffee maker in the room. There was none. When I inquired at the desk I was told they haven't provided coffee makers in the rooms for years but there was coffee available 24 hrs. a day in the breakfast room by the lobby. The coffee there tasted as though it had been there for a few days. As for the light breakfast, there were some English muffins to toast, a few pre-wrapped pastries and some granola bars. LIGHT was the operative word for breakfast. Sometimes we had hot water in the room, sometimes we didn't. The facility had seen better days and the musty smell that greeted us upon arrival to our room seemed to dissipate after a while. Repairs had been done by a handyman who evidently had good intentions but little maintenance experience. Doors to the maintenance rooms that were left open to the hallways did not enhance the ambiance any more than the view into rooms that were used for storage. Finally, when we checked out we were unable to get a receipt to show the actual charges to our room. We had a prepaid reservation for two nights of our stay and had a receipt for those two nights before we left home, but we added a third night which we arranged directly with the hotel by phone. When the desk clerk was unable to print a receipt for the extra night he promised he had sent it directly to our email. When we arrived home to check our email the receipt that had been sent did not reflect the charge for the additional night. My bad- NEVER AGAIN will I book a prepaid hotel room!

Room was spotless and smelled good when we walked in. Carpet was clean. Bed was super comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Stayed an extra 2 days!

One of the worst, if not the worst, hotel I have ever stayed at. Zero amenities - no ice buckets or drinking glasses, no coffee machine in room. Dirty-hallways smell. Grounds not maintained. Bathtub was rusty from a running faucet. Breakfast is "breakfast item" What did I like about- pretty much nothing! Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this hotel. You can tell that it's construction was done with pride, but that is long ago major renovation is needed.. .

No refrigerator in room. Only one small bottle of shampoo and small bar of soap. Door did not lock properly. Deadbolt and slide lock opened when door was pushed, so no security.

Check out time is 11am. I went to get coffee and returned to the room at 10am. The cleaning lady was in my room. She drink my ice tea in the refrigerator. She was eating my potato chips, and she stole a gift i had on the dresser. I was so disgusted about her being in my room and eating my stuff i totally forgot about the gift. I called the property around noon and they retrieved the gift for me.

I found this property to be unsafe and alarmingly in poor condition. There were just a couple cars in the lot. No sign on the building. Trash piled in the stairwell exit . No one around. I made a very poor decision paying for a room here. Won't make that mistake again.

It says lunch included but we were allowed a soft bar, that’s all! nor coffee!
