酒店還不錯，乾淨，價格也非常公道，衹是他們一大早就開始整屋頂 雖然在7月份做的公告 説是4周搞完，到9年9月了都沒有整完，還好是起床後開整的 不然肯定一大堆人要抱怨！

Friendliest person was the manager, but staff argumentative and over all not friendly. Did not service room one day, no clean towels, had to ask for every day and tv did not have a clear picture. Need more staff and upgrades to the hotel in general

Parking lot was sketchy. Check in went fine. Room smelled like old dirty bleach and was musky. Then the toilet got clogged. Went downstairs to tell them and was offered a plunger to do it myself. We ended up leaving and just driving home. Wouldn’t have been able to breath in that room.

We got there a few mins early and were told our room wasn’t ready yet and wouldn’t be ready for checkin time at 3, to come back closer to 4 and it “should be ready then”. The stay was “ok” however the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The hotel was completely booked per staff yet they only had minimal breakfast out and a line 10 people deep to make waffles. The staff kept asking the manager to bring out another iron, she refused stating there was no room while the worker continued to explain how they could make it work. The waffle maker that was there was terrible. Everything stuck to the inside and you had to scrape them out piece by piece. The manager came to talk to us and ask what concerns we had but as soon as I started to speak she cut me off and told me I was wrong. We won’t come back here. Very disappointed overall.

Room was way out of date. There was only 1 USB plug in the room and the TV did not work very well.

Our flight was delayed several times so we didn’t get to the hotel until 4:00 in the morning. We asked for a late check out with the guy who was at the desk at that time, but he didn’t tell anybody in the morning so we were disturbed several times even though we had asked for a late check out. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable And worked for the short time that we were there.

Two items that are the basis for my review. First, there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. I reported it to the front desk on my way out. I was told that I would have to turn the handle to the right (usually for cold) not too far to the left. I still don’t get it. Second, the TV was unacceptable in my view. No HD. Merely an analog cable feed and most of the channels were too fuzzy to watch. Fortunately I had my iPad. One other item not related to the review - I received a call from the hotel the day of my stay asking me if I was a local resident. They asked because they are not booking rooms to locals. Not sure what that is all about. I would only recommend staying at this hotel if you cannot find other accommodations.

The managers can keep this place a bit cleaner than it is now and the staff can handle guest with politeness and respect more. Breakfast area is tiny and choices are limited.
