モーテル 6 ハンバーグ ニューヨーク(Motel 6 Hamburg, NY)

Our room was extremely dirty, hair in the showers and a used bar of soap. The bed was clearly sat on and had with stained sheets, we slept on our jackets after arriving at night from out of town. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and refunded us as we checked out bright and early the first night instead of continuing our stay for a total of three nights. Don’t cheap out if you are visiting to see a bills game, spend the extra bit of money and stay at the holiday express or elsewhere.

Room was very cold when we arrived, took a while to warm up. Also the floor looked clean, but turned our feet black when walking barefoot. Overall we would stay there again, but the two issues above should be addressed going forward.

The floor was dirty and there was no carpet . The room was 20 Degrees when we entered and it took almost an hour to heat the room to 50.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, water pressure was good for shower, fridge was cold, small unit but did the job. Little drafty around the windows and door. Didnt help with blizzard conditions during Steeler/Buffalo weekend. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Overall a pleasant stay.

Tammy the front desk clerk was wonderful! The room was dirty. The towels were stained and smelled. Had a lot of “covered up” damage.

Room 336 was old and unclean. ALL of the bedding had cigarette burns in them. The towels were dingy and the shower was scary. There was some scary trap door in the ceiling. I thought that since the motel was in Hamburg that it would be nice. It gave crack den vibes. Do Not Stay Here!

We arrived around midnight and I was checked in by a very jumpy, jittery attendant. She couldn't get the system to type in for my room card. It took her several times. She was swaying back and forth. Unfortunately, one could assume she needed a fix. We eventually were able to get to our room. It smelled like kitty litter and was freezing. I turned the heat on and the kitty litter smell became more apparent. I took the filters out and they were caked with dirt and hair. I cleaned them and dusted them off. There was a cigarette burn next to one of the beds in a supposedly non-smoking room. The bathroom looked like the shower had soap scum stains and dirt on the floor from not being swept. There was a dead bug on the floor from not being swept up. I took wipes we had with us and cleaned the shower/tub. Wiped down the walls and used a towel to "sweep," up the floor. I dusted the sink and edges of the counter. I didnt sleep under the covers. I kept the temperature warm so I didnt have to. We were in town for the football game and just needed to be there at night, so just needed to get through it. I wqs disappointed in dropping almost 325 bucks on it.

Room had a pungent odour, the door frame had been patched to cover someone previously kicking open the door. The sheet has a big black stain on it. We got the room cheap and last minute for the game. We thought we wouldn’t care but both of us stayed up all night worrying about bed bugs and if the blankets were washed. We drove home very early to get out. You get what you pay for I guess though.

The worst place I have ever stayed. I have stayed at Motel 6 before in a different area, and they were not like this place. Totally disgusting, poop left on the toilet seat, dried soap all over the tub, sink would not drain, microwave and fridge were nasty, and that was the second room they put us in. The first room the bedding was rolled up on the counter and a wrapped burger was next to it. This place needs to be visited by the health depar**ent, and I almost forgot, the smoke alarm was ripped off the wall.
