ホテル自体は素晴らしいです。部屋はそれほど印象的ではありませんが、悪くはありません。ウォーターパークは本当にいいです。

私たちが到着したときのホテルは床がとても汚れていた以外はすべてとてもきれいでした、あなたはそれがそうでなければ掃除されていなかったと言うことができました とても良いです、雨のないほんの少しの雲が屋内にある公園を閉じた唯一の悪いこと！ 😩😩

Very nice family hotel. Several swimmimg pools those match different aged kids. Water park with slidings are very amusing.

I would just have to say that the water park portion was amazing for kids.. However, hotels were a two star at best and the food an amenities were expensive. Not to mention everything just felt outdated and dingy. :-/

The beds (including the pull out couch) were not comfortable at all. Our room was close to the main lobby, which had bright lights that stayed on all night, maybe some curtains in the room to help block out those lights would help guests sleep a little better. Overall we did enjoy our stay! staff was all friendly and very pleasant, The amenities offered (water park, and arcade, Starbucks and gift shop) were all fun and super convenient. My kids had a blast, and we will most likely be back in the future!

Great place to stay for family trips, kids love it here only thing I will say the games were never on and if they were it was only for an hour and it would be one slide only but other than that amazing place to stay and a lot of stores nearby

False advertisement. Pictures ARE NOT accurate tot his hotel. The room was small, extremely dirty/disgusting, and smelly. Even though it was a smoke free room, it was like sleeping in an ash tray. The amount of dirt and grime in our room was so gross we had to wipe ecerything down. The staff couls not speak english to help us find our room. The second floor of most buildings does not have an elevator and we had to lug all of our stuff up the stairs. Such a disappointment as we had high hopes based on the pictures. They charge for parking as well.

This spot was great for kids. We had a great experience thought I was a little concerned after reading some of the horrible reviews of this place (i.e. roaches and other grossness) that I didn't see before we booked. We didn't experience any of that. Yes, the furniture in the rooms isn't in peak condition and the rooms themselves need updating for sure, but the room was clean. We didn't spend much time in it anyhow other than to sleep. Housekeeping routinely cleaned the room and delivered fresh towels and communicates with you through text message so you can get what you need. Water park and pools were well-maintained and plenty of space though the resort seemed pretty full. Food could definitely be better but there's plenty of options within walking distance. Lots of guests were from other countries which was super cool for the kids to make friends. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Everything was amazing with the property My kids really enjoy it as well as me in my husband. We will definitely be back
