ハンプトン イン クローセスト トゥ ユニバーサル オーランド(Hampton Inn Closest to Universal Orlando)

Recommend staying as it is not far from all the attractions. Get 1 morning and 1 evening shuttle to Universal and it is about $10 for a lyft to the drop/pickup location. $24 to the airport and $20 to international drive and down town. Breakfast was alright but convient before leaving in the morning.

While not the nicest Hampton Inn that I have stayed at, it was still an upgrade over a lot of value places in Orlando. The rooms are really large and the free breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant and the free bottled waters were a pleasant surprise. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

Hotel cleanliness and checkin I had absolutely no problems with. However the morning of checkout at 9am in the morning an hour before checkout a maid knocked on the door then immediately us

The girls at the front desk were very nice. The breakfast w as s good. TY he houdekeeping was not the best and th we hotel was an older one thanbsll the other hampton inns i havevstayed at.

I didn’t mention it to the staff when we left but we had a roach in our room. I saw it crawl from behind the a/c unit. It looked as low that area needs maintenance and filling of holes etc. The bathroom needs a little fixing up of normal wear and tear.

We drove from a not-so-great hotel in Ft. Lauderdale to this hotel in Orlando - this hotel was wonderful! Clean, inviting, open - everything you like in a hotel! Will definitely stay again if we're ever in Orlando again.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the room was nice, the only complaint is my daughter left her swimsuit in the room and I called the day we checked out and the front desk clerk said she would have to check with housekeeping, it’s been a week and no call or email or anything, nothing crazy was just hoping to get an update. Other than that great stay!
