Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando Southeast

1. The window blinds could not be rolled down. Called front desk, waited for hours without seeing a maintenance person being sent over. Eventually the front desk person came but couldn’t fix the problem. We were offered to move to another room, and we moved. 2. Safety box had been locked when we checked into our room. Should have been unlocked after previous customer checked out.

Poor customer service. Washing machine ruined a load of clothes. Multiple times I requested the manager to give me call but they never called. There was one person at checkin that was pleasant. And the lady maintaining breakfast was pleasant. Cleaning service didn’t refill items and did poor job cleaning. Had to request items at the desk. One man seemed upset that I asked for help. I wouldn’t stay here unless have to terms.

This property is in a very desirable area of Orlando. I have definitely found my home away from home while I’m visiting here, as I do fairly often. Everything you need is within walking distance and is of high-quality. They have a nice gym and pool. And I could not believe the shower in my room. It is adjustable in every which way, including height. I have never seen such a thing in a hotel. The beds are very comfy as well.

It was very modern from the moment you check in in the lobby the room was modern not like the old moldy room. The decor was modern with great lamps and the bathroom was also great. It was immaculately clean the floor and the whole lobby. The breakfast was great lots of options and the serving area was super clean also. Very great will stay again

I was very disappointed as the ratings for the hotel were high. It was nice and clean and fairly new. However, our room was infested with aints. They were crawling all over the coffee counter and bathroom counter. In the morning, our tooth brushes were covered with aints. Breakfast and service were great.

Stay was good, only problem is the lack of the ability to keep the room warm. We could not get warm air in the room so we were not comfortable, Everything else was great,

The staff was very helpful, I arrived early and they were able to give me a room before check in.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast staff is the friendliest I have ever seen and the area is immaculately clean. Many restaurants in the area. Close to walking trails.

Hotel was fine. Main bathroom in lobby had no toilet paper in the women's bathroom upon checkout.
