Very poor check-in. Agent had no personality, no greeting, offered no directions to the room. When Ibwent to the room it was a dirty/ checkout room. I have pictures. I walked back to desk and agent was sitting in a corner on a chair with towel wrapped around him and eyes closed. I told him he shouldnt be sleeping on the job; he said he was just resting his eyes. Then he took 10 minutes before telling me he did not have another king room. He said he had room with 2 queen beds but I would need to pay more for it. I told him I should not have to pay more since the issue was with them not having the room I booked. He started to argue with me ay this point. I asked to speak to a nanager and that went nowhere. I got no help. Contacting ******* to get full refund
