Nice hotel and staff.

For the price, this was an excellent value. It was not convenient for shopping, etc but it was close to downtown but quiet and priced appropriately considering this was a business class facility located across from the hospital. Miss Anna who maintained the breakfast area was simply fabulous. I cannot say enough about her.

Stayed two nights as wife was having cancer surgery. Easy to walk to hospital. Good breakfast and good staff.

The staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly.

The junior suits were spacious and very well-designed

We had booked the hotel for a concert at the Amway Center thinking we could walk there.The area is kind of rough so even though it’s only a mile we were told by locals not to.Uber is $20 dollars. The property itself is undergoing renovations so there is a the obvious construction mess but they are controlling it as best they can. There are cheaper accommodations closer to events and probably at this point a little cleaner. The staff were very nice but with the mix of Spanish and Eastern European accents it’s hard to understand some of them. No food on property except for breakfast so you can walk to Delaney’s a couple blocks up the street. A nice place but more convenient places closer to downtown are available and we will stay in one of those if we go to Orlando again.

I really hope that during their renovations, they are getting new beds because they really aren't that comfortable. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was just ok. Last time I stayed there...about 3 weeks ago, was much better.

Close to downtown, and the staff was amazing

Comfortable and clean room near Amway Stadium and Highways. The shower did not have any shampoo and they provided only one small soap which was used for face washing and showering our first night. Fortunately, my wife packed our own soap.

I usually enjoy Hampton Inn. Diego and the breakfast area was super friendly and even helped us with tips on what to see in Orlando, since we didn't want to do parks.

Was convenient for the Hospital to which I had to visit . Are was Calm & Quiet , not much choice as far as eating places

This hotel is always consistent, hence why I continue to use it. Convenient, clean and large rooms.
