Exceptional value. The accommodations are exceptional, the staff are efficient and friendly. I asked for arrangements for my friend to have flowers and snacks in her room upon check in. The staff made it happen as requested. The restaurant staff are absolutely terrific and the food was always top notch.

Comfortable bed. Room temperature perfect.Nice and quiet, got a good night sleep. Location amazing, so convenient. Lots of bars and restaurants near by. The Glades shopping plaza just around the corner has many shops. The Greyhound Wetherspoons and The Diner, on High Street were reasonably priced . Excellent value with good food. The train into London Victoria Station is within walking distance with frequent service. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

I didn’t expect to find this Gem in Bromley! This hotel is more like somewhere you would find in Shoreditch or Soho! Gorgeous building, the decor is wonderful, bed and pillows ultra comfy; and lovely touches such as compliments juices, kiss the hippo coffee and a lovely variety of posh teas :-). You also have the use of robes and slippers. I was thoroughly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here! The best hotel in the borough for sure!

This was my third stay here. Very comfortable hotel - good quality fixtures, fittings, bed and very welcoming staff. The room had everything I needed. Good restaurant on site - though at present no breakfast served on Mondays. An easy, quick train ride from London makes this a good option.

My first stay at BRAMA won't be my last. The staff are very friendly and the Hotel is very clean and comfy, The hotel is based in the centre of Bromley. all the shops and restaurants are 5 minutes walk. If you need a place to work, Clockwise on ground floor next door to BRAMA offers coworking, dedicated desk and meeting rooms. BRAMA's sister restaurant Dorothy & Marshall set in the heritage building is quite unique and you wont be disappointed with the cuisine!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in Bromley old town hall. Immaculately clean, eco friendly, perfect luxury. Thoughtful touches and fabulous design. Well located in the town centre, a short walk from bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and the Churchill Theatre. Very warm welcome and send off from Iona and Alisdair, thank you, we will definitely be back. A true hidden gem.

The Brama offer style and comfort and the personal service that makes all the difference. It’s a top hotel with caring attentive staff. The comfort of the rooms are amazing ensuring you have a comfortable stay and Feel well looked after. Any feedback is dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the staff showing that they listen.

Our second visit, beautiful hotel, lovely staff, personal touches appreciated. Perfect bed and pillows, spotlessly clean. Attention to detail for furnishing and smell of entrance hall. High end lotion and hand wash. Will definitely be back.

Overall, a lovely hotel (though we were disappointed with Dorothy & Marshall). It was a shame the TV only seemed to work for Sky News. The lack of an old-fashioned kettle was a minor inconvenience. Apparently I need to add some additional characters - a useful example of how "mod cons" can be inconvenient!
