タイから来た旅行者ですが、こちらに滞在できて本当に良かったと心から思っています。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で丁寧で、いつも笑顔で対応してくださり、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。お客様に対する思いやりや配慮が感じられて、本当に感動しました。
また、お部屋もとても清潔で、設備も充実していて、何一つ不便を感じることがありませんでした。細かいところまでしっかりと行き届いていて、快適に過ごせました。
ここは本当に素晴らしい場所で、正直に言って欠点が一つも見当たりません。また大阪に来る機会があれば、ぜひもう一度利用させていただきたいです。本当にありがとうございました！

The staff are incredibly kind, polite, and always welcoming with warm smiles, which made me feel so comfortable throughout my stay. You can truly feel their care and respect for guests, and it left a very strong impression on me.
The room was also extremely clean, and all the facilities were well-prepared and complete. I didn’t feel any inconvenience at all. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
