I was very upset about my stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel through *******. I paid it before I go. When I checked in, the front desk told me that I did not pay. I can not give them a proof since my phone WiFi was not working. I have to pay again. They realized that they made mistake afterward. They told me that they will refund the money to me within 30 days. I received refund from them about 10 days, but they refunded less money than I paid. I complained this to them. They told me this is because exchange rate. Does it mean that I have to pay their mistake? It is horrible service!!!!
