Bardzo ładnie urządzony, klimatyczny hotel w centrum miasta. Wygodne i czyste pokoje. Przy śniadaniu dobra muzyka, pasująca do wystroju wnętrza.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 2 stars at most. Old and worn furniture in the room, old, worn towels, dirty carpet. There was no heating, and WiFi was a joke-it didn't work at all. Walls are very thin, you can clearly hear your neighbours. No one cleaned the room for 2 days. Never again.

- Rooms are noisy due to thin walls between the rooms and the location next to several night clubs. - Elevator is so slow you're better off just taking the stairs, wich have little to no lighting. - Rooms smells like mold. - It's not really a 4 star hotel, 3 stars max. - No trash bins in the rooms. - Unfriendly staff seemingly not giving a damn about your comfort - Staff has to open the door when going in and out of the hotel. Had to wait for 5 - 6 minutes outside before they let me in a few times during my stay at this so-called 4 star hotel. - Stairs and hallways are equipped with sensors regulating the lighting, but it doesn't work properly - or at least underdimensioned, wich resulting in a cheap and creepy vibe over all.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Very unfriendly staff. Very Loud music all night from the bar opposite, till4 am. Hot water only at certain hours of the day. Terrible pillows. Breakfast was poor. Never again. Definitely not a 4* hotel. By the way, the 4* certificate on the wall expired in 2020.

Hotel is a SCAM with terrible service. I arrived on a 2 day business trip to the hotel, right from the first impression it didn't felt like a 4 star hotel. Room was very small with old (not in good way) furniture with no air condition and a small window that prevented most of the air to come inside. Later on I discovered that the hot water in the shower is not working, the front desk refused to believe me but after I insisted they said that they checked and the hotel's boiler is working and in the first floor there is hot water. I was explained that the pipes are old and I need some patience. After 10 minutes of cold water in the shower I asked to move to a different room in the first floor. The service desk refused and offered to fix the problem in the next day. I asked to leave the hotel due to the problem and get my money back. They agreed and told me it will be handled in the next morning. The next day they told me they have issues with the refund and it will take a few days. After I left the city I called again about the refund and they said that the manager decided not to refund me because there wasn't a problem. What a SCAM !!! avoid at all costs.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I booked this hotel. We were staying in this hotel with my 4 years old son. It was 12 at the midnight, but we still surrounded by a very loud music coming from the pubs and clubs downstairs near the hotel, the music was noise enough to make you had a really bad headache. The air conditioner was not working in our room. It shouldn't called themselves a four stars hotel. it was the worst experience I've ever had staying in a 4 star hotel. It's not comfortable at all when you can't get a good sleep for whole night. Definitely not for family!. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

For a hotel over a century old it was in pretty good shape after their restoration. The one thing they lacked was soundproofing. The small street businesses attract a lot of activity, but also with loud music and shouting running into 4:00 am.
