オストゥーニ パレス ホテル ミーティング スパ(Ostuni Palace - Hotel Bistrot & Spa)

I stayed here for three nights in July with my wife, in one of the “romantic” rooms. On the plus side, the hotel building and lobby is beautiful, it has a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the old city, and the breakfast is a solid 8/10. Having eggs made to order is a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Our room was tired looking, with discolouration on the walls in a number of places. It was also tiny, and I mean tiny within the scope of what can be expected in Italy. We barely had enough room for the two of us to move around with our luggage. The shower was also tiny, and didn’t drain properly. The view of the old city was pretty, but didn’t begin to make up for the deficiencies of the room. Even though tripadvisor advertises a rooftop terrace, we found the roof completely empty. A lot of missed potential there. On the whole, the hotel has a lot of potential, but is not in any way worth what it charges. Would absolutely not stay here again.

From the time our group of 7 checked in we were made to feel so special! The hotel arranged an outdoor cocktail party for us one night when we chose not to go out to dinner, massages in their “cave” spa were fabulous. The hotel was so clean, smiling faces everywhere. Have not ever had such great hotel experience, no matter the cost!

great setting but a little dowdy with an IKEA vibe. Romantic room is the solution to a depressing street level room, pay the extra as it is worth it. Maybe a facelift is in order as the place has nothing but possibilities. Good value if you don't want to hang out in your room. Staff is better than the decorating.

firstly make sue waze works when trying to find hotel for first time !!! super rooms if on small side but very clean modern etc staff are excellent rarely do we eat in hotels but eat two night here - well executed menu and great local wine list no hesitation in recommending hotel

This is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Ostuni. We arrive late in the evening to a warm welcome from the staff. Our room was super, really spacious with a small balcony overlooking the street. We didn’t hear any road noise. Breakfast was fantastic! A huge choice of fresh fruit, cheeses, hams, cereals, cakes, bread. Everything you could want. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love this hotel and can’t wait to come back one day.

I stayed here as a solo traveller and dealt extremely safe. The hotel is situated just a short pleasant walk from the old town. The staff were very welcoming and arranged a private airport transfer from Brindisi which was 60 euros. My room had a quiet private terrace to enjoy a coffee and read . I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and there was an excellent choice of fruit , yoghurt and tasty pastries . There is also the option to have cooked eggs / omelette included in the cost . There is a bus stop close to the hotel which connects you to a nearby beach or the station .

This is a modern and elegant hotel just a short walk from the old section of Ostuni. A perfect location and anchor point for exploring the city on foot, or driving out into the trulli country nearby. The hotel was very easy to get to from SS16, one of the main travel arteries south of town. The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ walk to Piazza della Liberta, which is the gateway to the old section of the city. Our rooms were modern and well-appointed and looked out over the ancient city and the countryside below. The hotel comes with numerous amenities (spa, protected parking, lovely outdoor patio, etc.) and a highly-regarded in-house restaurant. The breakfasts were terrific. Staff was cordial and very attentive. Extremely nice people eager to ensure your stay lives up to expectations. Highly recommended.
