古い部屋。 小さなバスルームと適切な衛生対策。 マットレスが悪い。 良い点を強調するのは、空港に近いロケーションです。

目的地に向かう途中でここに1泊しました。空港へのシャトルバスがあるとの広告を信じていましたが、これは事実ではなく、約5分離れた空港からそこに着くためにさらに15ユーロを支払うことになりました。翌日、シャトルは集荷ではなく空港で降ろすが、24時間前に予約する必要があると言われました。私はこれを試し、trip.comのカスタマーサービスにも連絡しました。彼らも彼らが提供した電話番号でホテルに連絡しようとしましたが、これは間違っており、フロントデスクには別の番号があります。 朝食は平均的で、非常に不親切なスタッフから8ユーロの別途支払いがあり、私は朝食を支払ったのに朝食が含まれていることをきっぱり否定しました。結局、街のひどい場所にあるひどいスタッフの部屋に50ポンドを支払いました（その夜私をチェックインしてくれた男性だけがフレンドリーで親切な人でした） 全体的に価値がありませんでした。もっと良い場所に泊まるべきでした。思いやりも敬意もない人がなぜホテルを嫌うのか理解できません。他の人間は、顧客対応を伴う公共の場所で働いています...??? 他の場所を見つけてください!!

Lovely hotel, perfect location. Couldnt use the bathroom as it leaked everytime we flushed the toilet or used the shower. Told reception but nothing could be done so we just used the shower at the spa instead and toilet we just flushed anyway!

The shower was broken, no head shower only telephone shower, our bathroom flooded after having a shower, had to change rooms, our second room also flooded. We booked a king size bed and were given two single beds. Breakfast was near to inedible and super basic, food tasted horrible and coffee and food were cold. I will actually ask for a refund.

Could do with modernisation overall. Good that airport transfer is included.

Goed hotel. Vriendelijke receptie. Simpel maar proper hotel. Locatie goed geleden van de luchthaven. T****e keer geboekt en content.

Una noche dormi alli y salia al dia siguiente el vuelo, todo bien la cama me gusto, hay ascensor y la habitacion estaba limpia

The door looks like it got shot by a terminator multiple times, The power outlet was sticking out of wall creating a risk,The cabinet wall falling apart,The toilet was kinda dirty, The keycards sometimes didn’t work, And the mattress wad a bit uncomfortable.
