Family staycation was a success- kids had fun at the water park. Love that they allow you to use the facilities into the next afternoon after checkout as we were only there an hour before close the night we stayed. Microwave and fridge in the rooms a plus. We will be back!

I liked the lay-out of the family suites. I reserved three of them, but one wasn't renovated yet and the furniture and carpet were stained and outdated. The shower water was very hot and we were unable to control the temp, the knob was broke and we reported it when we left. The water park was great, although there weren't enough tables.

Pool area was lots of fun, the water was a good temperature, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, but we were close to the pool so it was a bit noisy. The pool and arcade area closed at 9pm so the noise ended at a decent time. Cant wait to come back!

Nice place under construction has potential. Morning shower started good then no hot water right after shampoo. Very cold water. Cold eggs for breakfast. Mentioned issues at front desk and just got blown off.

Hotel undergoing much needed renovations. However, the pool water was cold, green and dirty. The locker rooms were as cold as the outdoors, you could see your breath. I was surprised that the water in the toilets was not frozen. Not a fun experience when younare cold and wet from swimming.

I paid over 250 for a room for a birthday party coming from out of town I’m a manager at a hotel - I know proper etiquette - due to confusion during check in - I was continuously told well you booked through ******* - I can’t help. I was neglected and then was not informed the pool water was FILTHY looking. It would’ve been a nice piece of information and reason to cancel the reservation with just cause . When questioned the guards on duty said it’s safe - it’s a chemical imbalance and it’s safe to swim in . My daughter is now feeling sick. I understand being overwhelmed during check in but also being kind and compassionate to issues that arise would go a long way.

The stay was good, busy hotel, need more staff to help customers and water was a weird, kinda dirty looking color. The zero depth area had chilly water but overall decent quality, We would stay again

We arrived and the room was super tiny and super hot it was 85 degress! Are friends booked thr same 2 bed room and theirs was super large there should of been a price difference. It was -2 degrees last night and we had to keep.the ac on all night and even that didnt keep the room cool. We were never informed that there was pool.issues the pools were dark brown and dirty . It was super noisey at night went to the front at 1am to complain about the loud people outside the front door and no one was at the front desk wont recommend this llace to anyone.

Love that they are working on updates! Many things in the works and still great service!
