Oscar Hotel by Atlas Studios

酒店位於沙漠之門瓦爾扎扎特。環境清幽，有非洲荷里活之稱，入住的房型是套房，據前台所説，是整個酒店最好的房型，但是房間裏掛了很多電影海報畫面，都是人物畫像，一個人的話晚上牆上那麼多衹眼睛還真是有點嚇人。

TOP-Lage, wenn man die Filmstudios besichtigen möchte oder auch für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wir übernachteten 2 Nächte auf dem Weg von Marrakkesh in die Sahara. TOP-Zimmer mit privater Terrasse, saueberer geht es nicht, super klimatisiert, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, auch der Außenbereich. Großer Pool, Bar, Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr ruhig, toll zum Entspannen. Bis zum nächsten Mal! :-)

Instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas, habitación grande y limpia. Lo que nos decepcionó fue la atención, servicio pésimo. No saben o no quieren atender a los clientes. Comida pésima y escasa, además de tener preferencia con determinadas culturas. No recomendable

Nous avons passé un de nos meilleurs séjours grâce au professionnalisme de Mme HIND QUI n’a d’égal que sa gentillesse .Toujours au petits soins avec les clients..Buffet et menu excellents et healthy. Les suites sont agreables et propres. Décoration des chambres et de l’hôtel employant des objets utilisés lors des tournages les rendent originales.La proximité des studios est un plus. Un grand merci au personnel de l’hôtel pour leur extrême amabilité sous la direction de la dynamique Mme Hind

Piccolo hotel , bello per chi come noi ha i bambini ed un punto di partenza o arrivo per il deserto. I bambini hanno utilizzato la piscina ed é stato molto divertente. Servizio buffet per la cena e la prima colazione. Rispetto ad altre strutture è sicuramente quello meno caratteristico

Op zich een leuk klein hotel. En de piccolo’s waren echt super vriendelijk! Mooie tuin en simpel zwembad. Op zich niets mis mee. Maar dan de kamers. Twee prima kamers, maar de derde had geen koelkast. Bedden zijn hard, moet je van houden. Dat was voor ons geen probleem. De ‘badkamer’ was super klein. De toegangsdeur tot die ‘badkamer’ waren klap deurtjes naar binnen gericht. Ze kwamen nog het niet tegen de wc aan, je kon nauwelijks naar binnen. Geen douchegordijn of deur. Als je gaat douchen staat alles onder water. De wastafel was in de hal, met weinig licht. Het avondeten was ok, ontbijt was beter. Maar de receptionist gaf verkeerde eet tijden door. En mijn moeder is diabeet, dus toen er al laat gegeten zou worden, werd het ineens nóg eens een half uur later. Dat was voor haar funest, ze werd ziek. Dat er in Marokko laat gegeten wordt is geen probleem, maar we hadden een andere keuze willen kunnen maken op basis van het gebruikelijke eet tijdstip. Dat kon hierdoor niet.

The hotel has pretty nice modern buildings but the rooms are very small and the bathroom minuscule! Very clean though. The night we were there it was windy and the hotel empty apart from maybe 4 rooms(?) We got a room with terrace faicing north and the terrace doors were so badly insulated that the curtains moved in the wind. No remote control for the A/C, no water bottle that one finds in most hotels of this price, no water kettle. In general it lacked a welcoming atmosphere. Apart from a very service minded that worked both bar, roomservice, dinner and breakfast. He was very friendly! Pool area was cosy and located in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet made of a strange mix of things and the juices looked like they had seen better days. Of course we wanted to see the studios. This was at an extra fee of 8 euro/person. (I do think it would be smart to include this fee for the staying guests.) The studios was fun to see and well worth an hour of your life. Reading the above review it sounds bad, but it wasnt, just… ”meh”. With a little effort it has the potential of becoming a really nice hotel.

This hotel is supposed to be famous for the studios that many movies have took place there. Unfortunaly this fame does not correspond to the reality. The hotel is completely unorganised and a tourist trap. It was chosen by our travel office which was a great miss. Rooms are tiny and full of insects. The bathroom you can not even move inside. Nothing inside that has to do with a so called 4 star hotel. Dinner was terrible. Just a plate with a small portion of chicken and smashed potatoes. Not even a salad. Nothing else. Terrible Breakfast was more or less the same. No variety of products, not even someone to ask for an omelette. When someone appeared it was already late to order. We were there on new years eve but no one was at the reception to ask anything. Even when we make a call early in the evening nobody answered. The bar was left at each own fate and barely someone appeared to order a drink. Staff was there watching football and only when we asked if we can listen to any music they gave as the permission to connect our phones with the smart tv of the bar which we failed to do it. A total mess. Wifi was ok but it was the only thing that was ok Stay away of such hotel. Maybe is made only for movie purposes

The lady from the front desk was rude. I got out of the car from a long ride and I rushed in looking for a restroom before checking in. The lady and another man who works there were chatting at the entrance and didn’t even recognize my existence. I asked if there was a restroom, she looked at me with annoyance and said “yes.” I’m like “?????” There was a long moment of silence where I just looked at her trying to understand what is up with the attitude. The common sense is when someone asks for the restroom you tell them where it’s at… The man broke the silence and told me where it’s located. Also, the breakfast was not that great. I had a bowl of cereal and the milk literally tasted sour. How could they serve milk that has gone bad. I waited til they refilled the milk and got a second bowl of cereal which tasted normal. The chocolate croissant was hard and cold too😭
