Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Car park easy to use.

Something ourskirt but close some grocer and food (but need to drive out). Have seen better Holiday Inn express elsewhere but for the price, its alright.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Beakfast is good, food keeps at good temperature and speedy refill. The room is small for a family, it size is smaller than other Holiday Inn Express but very clean. We arrived late, ~9pm and our sofa bed was not ready. The staff said our booking was for 2 adults only although we showed him our confirmed email from trip.com was 2A2C. He emphasised this was purely the issue of trip.com but he tried to sort it out for us. The housekeeping has gone home and left no spare bedsheet, pillow, quilt. Finally another man came and grabbed the things from another room or somewhere and prepared the sofabed for us. We appreciated his help.

Good place to stay in leeds, little bit far from city centre but there is good public transport availablity from the location to the city centre

Nice, clean hotel. No frills but very functional. No dining facilities apart from breakfast starting at 6.30. Opposite a Toby Carvery and a couple of decent pubs nearby.

I am not happy at all. It was a bad experience. My family was stranded because the hotel booking prices on Trip.com do not match their prices. So, my kids were tired, and there was no appropriate room for us. I am really disappointed and the hotel was very dirty too.

泊車及酒店位置很好，附近亦有餐廳，要中式外賣也方便，几分鐘車程而已。 房間亦尚算寬敞舒適，早餐則免可接受，但在英國不可要求太高。
