L'emplacement est super ! Attention il n'y a pas toujours de la place dans le parking et il est payant. Il y a un autre parking à deux minutes à pied, payant également. Nous avons réussi à nous garer dans le parking de l'hôtel le deuxième jour, les bornes électriques sont gratuites.

Location is excellent, in close proximity to restaurant, cathedral and the old town. Atmosphere is somewhat dated, but quaint. The rooms were clean and functional, however the air conditioning wasn’t working, hadn’t been for some time and there didn’t seem to be any hurry to fix it. As a result, the room was hot. Opening the window to allow for some fresh air wasn’t really an option as the street noise was quite loud. Room facilities were, in my opinion, below par for a so-called 4 star hotel. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (nor in the reception area). The bathroom consumables were also sub-par. Drinking glasses were paper cups; tissues consisted of two tissues in a paper sachet; no moisturiser. Overall, very disappointing. Breakfast was also quite disappointing. The selection was small - bread selection consisted of sliced white and wholemeal only (no unsliced or multigrain options). Fruit selection was poor. I understand that the hotel site is part of the historic fabric of the city, however the various levels (up and down stairs) in the reception - ground floor area make it difficult to navigate with suitcases. I didn’t find the service overall as particularly friendly and welcoming. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Old hotel needing some attention on many levels. Not a 4 star by anyone’s standards 2-3 if you’re lucky. Room was so basic, quite appalling for the cost. Great and interesting history . Great location but that’s it. Breakfast was appalling. Hot food inedible. Coffee disgraceful. Yogurt for brekkie ! Omg never again.

This hotel is very well located but because of the location we got no sleep because of the noise. It was Saturday night so maybe that didn’t help. There was no working air conditioning and it was very hot in the room but too noisy outside to sleep with the windows open. There was no safe or kettle in the room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was over the bath . Breakfast was buffet style. No boiling water for tea but enough food choices. There are steps to be negotiated with luggage and very small lifts.

Recently stayed here for a few days. Location is fantastic as it is only a few minutes walk to the old town. However, if travelling by train/bus, it’s about 15 mins walk (with luggage). I appreciate and am grateful that they let us check in early (before midday). My room key card didn’t work the next day so had to get it renewed daily which was a pain (not with my travel companions key card who had a different room though!). There were a few steps into hotel reception and a few steps again to get elevator access- I think they should really have a ramp. Room is otherwise clean but a little dated. I don’t like that the hair dryer was attached to the bathroom wall and put in a corner where it’s difficult to access as the bathroom is fairly compact. Otherwise overall a pleasant stay.

Ubicación, trato de personal y limpieza muy bien. Tiene parking propio con varios cargadores para vehículos eléctricos con acceso desde el parking al hotel. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, propias de un edificio histórico, pero con reforma para actualizarlas. Ahora bien, el baño es elmque instalaron en los años 60, baldosas rotas, un mueble de lavabo mucho más bajo de lo normal (te obliga a agacharte muchísimo), una bañera estrechísima y sanitarios muy antiguos.

Aún no me he ido y ya me quiero ir. Hotel anticuado pero sobre todo muy ruidoso. No tengo necesidad de escuchar el secador de pelo de la vecina de al lado a las 4:30 de la Peña

Buenas ubicación , personal amable , estuvimos alojado en una buena habitación, aunque neseta una reforma esperemos que para la próxima vez
