super helpful, we didn't have motorbikes so they told us how/where to catch the local bus out to ban gioc falls. Later they booked our fare to ha giang via local bus which was great. My wife made a youtube about our trip in this area - search youtube for 'ban gioc waterfall by bus' Traceys travels got the bus pic on the front. towards the end of the video you will see the maps and bus route, cost etc. next day we went out to angels eye mountain and i honestly cannot say what was better the falls or angels eye trip - both excellent - cao bang vietnam sure has has some fantastic natural scenic spots . We like doing our trips ourselves...that way we can stay as long or as little as we like...true maybe we cannot see as much tourist spots as an organised tour but its a load more adventure

We stayed here for two nights as part of a road trip through Cao Bang. Good hotel. We booked the VIP suite which was very cheap but was huge and fitted a family of four easily. The hotel is clean, comfy and everything works well. There is no restaurant, so you have to shop around a bit to find breakfast. It is very handy for day trips to the caves, Ban Gioc falls and local lakes. About three hours to Ba Be. There is some amazing local scenery.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L’hôtel semble neuf et les équipements sont nickels. Les personnels est adorables et bien qu’ils ne parlent pas anglais se sont décarcassé pour nous aider pour organiser notre excursion du lendemain. Pour que cette hôtel soit parfait il ne manque que le petit déjeuner et l’ouverture du super roof top Merci encore à toute l’équipe
