The food was really amazing and the service was proper whenever we need help all the people helped us in a good manner and also whatever food we need u made and give us. The room were also cleaned in an amazing manner and also all the activities were arranged properly

1.lush greenery and picturesque landscapes is one of the highlight of Welcome Heritage 2.They have 4 types of rooms and rooms are spacious 3.All guest rooms come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a kettle, a shower, free toiletries and a desk. Guest rooms feature a private bathroom, slippers and bed linen. 4.Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner under the trees. Complimentary breakfast is lavish and dinner/lunch is also tasty. They will customize the food as per your need. 5.We booked from their website directly to get best discount. 6.There are many DP points. Delete all the old pics …lol.. 7.The staff is courteous and prompt in service. 8.Swimming pool is missing and I would be more than happy it that is added in next visit. 9.Free WiFi is provided and they have 24-hour front desk service. Mobile network is not reliable in Pachmarhi. 10.The nearest airport is Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal, 204 km from WelcomHeritage Golf View. 11.Front desk can provide package to visit different places in Pachmarhi. I have attached the package list. 12.I suggest to download the google map as sometimes network is not strong and you will face issue in google maps.

I visited Pachmarhi recently in June 2024. As usual, I researched a place of stay via TripAdvisor and narrowed down to Welcome Heritage Golf View. I am happy that I did. Serene outdoors, spic and span indoors, sumptuous food, hygiene writ all over, what else one could ask for. Golf view Pachmarhi had it all. The rooms are done aesthetically. Breakfast and dinner used to be alfresco. Food quality and taste...no compromise what so ever on any front. Every member of the hotel was very cordial. They added a heartwarming touch to everything. I must compliment Mr Amar, Mr. Sahoo for coordinating this seamless stay and arranging a smooth early check-in and a on-request delayed check-out. Thanks a lot Mr. Rohit, for the early morning nature walk& birding, post breakfast jungle Trek and a pre dinner exciting night drive, we enjoyed to the hilt. Thank you, Mr. Ajay for making sure that we were attended to instantly and served promptly. The Chefs spun their delicious magic in three -course meals every day.... couldn't get enough of super delicious Poha ,decadent dates halwa, sinful baati & churma and home style curries. We relished it all Thanks a lot Golf View, Pachmarhi for the memorable stay and wonderful time. Great going!! Keep it up.

A few days with the family at this wonderfully maintained property is just what one needs to rejuvenate and refresh both body and mind. The lawns and garden are the crown jewels of the property, and the hardworking gardeners clearly take pride in their labour of love. The food is first-rate, prepared & served most professionally by an excellent crew, all of whom I'd like to heartily compliment. Service generally is v good, and the staff at reception, housekeeping etc are resourceful and helpful; we never heard a "No" from them for any reasonable request. The morning yoga sessions conducted by a clearly well-versed instructor helped me improve my own regimen. Front desk helps plan outings for a fixed fee; we visited Bee Falls, and did the safari and stargazing sessions which were all pleasant.

Food is good. Rooms are clean and nice. Overall a decent hotel. We had a pleasant stay here. A swimming pool and a bar is desirable though but the staff service was excellent. Staff was polite and welcoming and we enjoyed the breakfast under the trees

We have been regular visitors here but this time cost cutting measures were apparent. Property manager always seemed to be in a denial mode for every request only to agree later after spoiling mood. Price - hotel is overpriced and it lacks several basic facilities like, it does not have a dedicated place to enjoy drinks with your friends and hotel management is too nosy in guests' activites. No swimming pool either and no non- veg food. Service - service was very slow and many of our simple requests either got a stern no or were approved by some property manager. Food - food used to be the USP here but we were shocked to see the recent cost cutting measures which impacted quality and a sharp reduction in menu Rooms - rooms were nice and clean
