Stay at Pandav Retreat, Pachmarhi was awesome. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Stay was excellent and definitely a place to visit again.

This budget hotel fails to deliver on basic expectations. - Exorbitant charges: Unnecessary headers and inflated costs. - Nil views, no swimming pool, and mediocre food. - Construction nearby = constant noise pollution. - Manager lady = extremely rude, cold, and insensitive, especially at reception. Not at all worth the price. The rooms are very small, no proper accessories. They are charging for complementary snacks and that to double the mrp. The service and facilities they are providing is not up to the price they are charging. They even don’t allow early checkin even if is of 1 hour early. The equipments were not working

It is a very bad resort. There is nothing in the name of facilities. The hotel is very useless compared to its cost. The behavior of the staff is very bad. There is no place to sit in a group anywhere in the property. It is a very small resort and you should not even call it a resort. The staff is also not helpful. The order time is also very late. You have to call them 2 to 3 times. There is no parcel facility even though you have taken breakfast, lunch and dinner in the package.

So recently I have been to central Indias beautiful location Panchmarhi and I must tell you it's a very beautiful hidden gem to explore. The scenery will make you fall in love with it. There I came to know about this hotel and their amenities. Located at a perfect location which are near by to the sightseeings of Panchmarhi. The hotel is pure vegetarian and serves delicious food. ***** with this they have picturesque corners available at every corner. I loved their rooms as they are equipped with jacuzzi and bathtubs to provide you a relaxing stay. There staff was very helpful and sweet
