Hotel Paradise

I did booking in super deluxe ac room and did full payment in advance. I tried to make call for request early check-in, but the number is not valid. The room they offered was quite fine in area but there was water dripping from the ceiling near the bed. The bed was very dirty under the mattress having insects. The toilet was smelly and stinky. Bathtub was very dirty. There was an issue of power failure in multiple times, they made considerable delay while switching on to a alternative alternative power source, i and my family could not sleep. Well there, nobody was picking up the call at night. Room service was very poor. The staff was well aware of the condition of that room which they offered to me earlier, but they thought that their idea will work but next day i denied to stay in that room so they arranged another room for me, which was fine. But first night of my two days stay was a worst experience in hotel paradise.

Nice & convinient location. Very supportive and polite staff. Food is awesome. Overall satisfactory experience.

I actually needed a hotel to sleep at night as i had already booked premium new year party slots somewhere else. Its a very average hotel. Not worth 5k. The hotel operator shobharam was very kind though. He gave a good overview of all touring points as well as various new year parties. Positives - hot water, bath fittings, balcony. Negatives - no basic complimentary items like dental kit, shampoo etc, no wifi as well as very bad cellular coverage in the room.

Hotel is very clean, 24 hours hot water supply, it's in centre of panchmadi near bus stand, very good resturant are available just near paradise hotel. Lift not available it's g+4 stored. Staff is good. Atm is available just below hotel.

Food quality is not good, poor hospitality, staff not active. Television and geiger not working

The property is good, location is quite convenient.
