Staff was very responsive in a resolving a problem with the television not working.

The first night was not great, the shower would not drain and flooded the bathroom. Hotel could not fix the issue until day 2, we were given towels and asked to make a dam. The stand in shower has no drip rail and is directly connected to bathroom and main room so water got everywhere. Luckily the issue was solved day 2.

After we returned to our room the first evening the TV was not working. I went to the office to report it and the clerk on duty said she would try to reboot the cable box. I thought someone would probably show up the next day to fix it but she came straight to our room and fixed it. Definitely great service

This was a fantastic property to stay at. Minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and quite pet friendly place. We will stay here again!

Thie Deer Haven is very nice only 1 thing i would change and that is the weak shower head other then that its a great place to stay. We walked all over to town to beach and to 17 mile drive and golf courses. great spot. Thank you to all who made our stay and great mini vacation.

There was one bannister on one side of the outside stairwells. Cement stairs were in disrepair. I was very afraid of falling. Didn’t feel welcome at check in. Room interior was comfy and clean.

Really enjoyed my stay here! It was quiet and comfortable. Good location; ample parking. The fireplace was nice to have. I did find some hair in the shower.

Room was lovely. Could have used more than a single cup coffee maker since there is no place nearby for a snack, like cafe or even 7 Eleven for a coffee or snack.

The front desk is nothing to write home about but once inside the room, it was nice, cozy and clean. The fireplace worked like a charm and the bed was very comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to Monterey and Pebble Beach. It is nothing fancy but if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, this is it.
