First time stay at Truntum. Amazingly the hotel is out of expectations. The lobby is beautiful, room is super spacious, breakfast was delicious . Surely I will come here again. Despite I never choose this hotel before even thought I came to padang so many times but now this hotel will be my first choice

It was a short stay for us there and wish it could be longer. Good clean hotel at a good location. It will be good for television unit replace in the room 328 as the screen started to smudge.

Love this hotel & my children also love this hotel. Good room, food good & staff very friendly.

Good fancy hotel located in the center with an awesome breakfast. Room is spacious and clean, AC and shower are good. And one of the best towels I got in Indonesia.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, overall, it was a positive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the decor was tastefully done, and the majority of the staff were very friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The comfort of the rooms and the amenities provided were of a high standard and contributed to a relaxing environment. However, I must point out a few areas that could use some improvement. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the bathroom left a bit to be desired. Although the general areas were well maintained, the toilet, in particular, was not as clean as it should have been. There were noticeable stains, especially in the toilet bowl, which is something that should be addressed by the housekeeping staff. Additionally, during my stay, I noticed that in some areas, the effect of rain was visible. This didn't greatly affect my experience but is something that management might want to consider inspecting and addressing for future guests. Lastly, while the majority of the staff were very hospitable and provided excellent service, there was one individual who didn't seem to share the same level of professionalism. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but it's essential to maintain a certain level of courtesy in a hospitality setting. However, I'd like to stress that this was an isolated incident and did not majorly impact my overall view of the hotel's service. Despite these small hiccups, I still had an enjoyable stay. The hotel's positives far outweigh the negatives, and I can see that there is a genuine effort to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. I appreciate the overall experience and look forward to seeing the improvements during my next stay.
